This is an awesome little breakfast spot! The bagels they make are soft and chewy and not hard or crumbly. The breakfast sandwiches they prepare are fantastic and they will happily customize your order to your liking. I grew up in NJ and the taste of pork roll is imprinted on me like a ferret. A hearty PEC sandwich is the perfect way start any day. Not all pork roll is crafted the same, but they source a version with the tangy flavor profile that I prefer. The cook fries it up perfectly, leaving the meat with a nice caramelization, not overcooked like cheap bacon, and still juicy. My personal favorite is a PEC on Egg everything, SPK, double meat, with a hashbrown on the sandwich. I also appreciate their "Everything" seasoning blend. Some places like to use those giant salt crystals and I personally dislike that. They do not here. They also generously season the bagels and the bagel you choose will actually have the seasoning still on it when you go eat it. Some places will serve you a bagel after all the seasonings have been knocked off. The coffee they source for their "House Blend' is nice, depending on your coffee preference. This place is AWFUL and owner is rude!! The bagels don’t seem authentic and they barely put any meat on them. They also charge extra for a bag and using a card. I would suggest going to R J Bagels instead. The first time I left a review I put one star then edited to tell you that the sausage is very thin/barely any meat to them. I changed my review again to share the picture , And I said pretty much the same thing! Looks like I am not the only one upset with how cheap you are with the meats. I ordered delivery and don't the wrong the food itself was very good! My issue was I normally make coffee at home ,the only reason I ordered coffee when I ordered my sandwiches was because I realized I was out of creamer! Even though I ordered coffee With Creamer my coffee came Black?? Also our 2 sandwiches were labeled incorrectly not a big issue but I grabbed my Grand slam cuz I was leaving to go to work glad I opened it to put salt and pepper on and that's not what was in there?? my Grand Slam was in the other package...
