OMG Seafood and Chicken — Restaurant in Falls Township

I ordered from OMG Seafood and Chicken, and it was a complete waste of over $100. The food was disgusting—everything was overcooked, dry, and ridiculously salty. Nothing was even remotely enjoyable.

To make matters worse, I originally called about the issue, and they agreed to give me a discount. Then, out of nowhere, they reached back out and said, “Never mind, my boss said no.” When I asked to speak to the boss, suddenly, the boss was “not available” anymore. No accountability, no customer service, just excuses.

And to top it all off, they told me the only way they’d do anything was if I dug the food out of the trash and brought it back in—AFTER I had already thrown it away. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their food and their customers. I will never order...

I was really looking forward to trying OMG Seafood & Chicken after seeing so many good reviews, but honestly, I was beyond disappointed. I ordered a medium spicy seafood boil, and when I got home to try it, the sauce was way too salty instead of having any real spice. On top of that, the seafood was completely overcooked, and the mussels I paid for weren’t even in the bag. I called the restaurant to let them know, and instead of trying to make it right, they basically accused me of lying. The owners told me my food couldn’t have been overcooked because they “use timers,” which makes no sense because clearly, something went wrong. Stop by for the first time, while traveling back to Central Jersey. I was greeted when I walked in, and the gentleman at the register was very patient, while I viewed the menu.

I ordered the Seafood Combo B - snow crab legs, shrimp, and beef sausage. It came with corn on the cob and potatoes. My seasoning selection was Cajun (mild) and I purchased garlic butter for dipping.

Everything was absolutely delicious and plentiful!! Initially, I thought it was pricey. But when I thought about the time, and effort to put it all together, it was well worth it!! Particularly, the shrimp were cleaned and deveined. Will definitely return 🥰
