V&S Pizzeria — Restaurant in Falls Township

I have been a customer for 40 years. When the father ran this business, flawless. The daughter had taken over. To put it mildly, customer service has gone downhill. The last several times, the same young girl has given me a major attitude. Tonight, the owner's daughter gets my order. Ok. She has said girl ring me up. Downhill. She rings me up without a word. Just a sarcastic grin. Throws my change at my hand. I leave and give a chuckle as I'm stunned that this took place. As I'm going to my car, the owner's daughter chased me to my car. As she bellows my name, she asks me with and attitude with arms flailing did I say something as I left. I state I chuckled because of the rude service. She blames me after she said with a previous problem with said girl, not saying you did anything. Tonight, I get I'm blowing it out of proportion and it's me. I tried to explain what happened and ask the daughter fix the problem with the girl. I get " There's nothing to fix" and "my father says to handle it any way I see fit." So I basically got chased out and banned after I tried to say it's her worker. Wanted no part of it. Been there many years and spent many dollars there. How sad it had to end like this. All because of attitudes. I cannot in good faith recommend this establishment any longer. I'm not even sure if her father knows how she is running things. Sad, sad, sad. Just for the record, the cheese steak lacked cheddar cheese I ordered, the onion rings were burnt and the manicotti drowned in cheese....

You know how you scold your children for not doing the right Thing i'm just gonna go in there and scold them I'm old enough to be their mother, but I don't know what the owner tells them to do. How much sausage you should put on the personal pan But to over kneed The dough, that's just somebody who doesn't know what they're doing. No way should my pizza crusty rubbery? And no way should it be undercooked? I went across the street and fed it to the geese And this is not the first time I ordered a steak sandwich with no cheese. Maybe you know who I am now and I think the meat was put away for the next day. Some pieces were burnt. The onions were way too big. But at least it wasn't spoiled like the last one I got not at your place. That place over by the baseball fields in Middletown township. The meat was slightly green and when it cooled off.I could taste this sour I used to go to the VS when I was in high school.We used to go hang out there. But listen up youngins don't penny pinch Don't let money get to you were you become greedy And make sure you tell your cooks whoever you hired how to make a pizza.I don't think I'll be coming back FOR 3...

4.6 stars with terrible customer service. I’ve been buying pizza from here for years. I ordered vodka rigatoni for the first time & asked for NO MEAT. I said I do NOT eat beef or pork. I waited 25 min to receive ham in my pasta after eating it. Then had to wait for a replacement. The woman at the counter JOSEPHINE was very rude and disrespectful, claiming I was the issue. Did not care if I had an allergy or religious reason why I do not eat meat. There was no care or consideration. Zero professionalism. I will never be supporting this business again. She began arguing with me and demanding I bring back the food I already ate out of or I wouldn’t get my replacement. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll make sure to announce on all my social media accounts which carry over a million followers, majority in the Levittown area. Maybe if I was a white woman I would get treated better here. Do...
