So I came into this location this morning of 10/4. It was more staff than usual. The young man that had taken my order continued to bite on his nail. As I continued to watch and wait for my coffee and food. The young nail biter than proceeded to ask the young food prep about the tips in the cup ( which usually doesn't get tallied until after the shifts). The nail biter proceeded to count the tips and hand the food prep some change from the tip cup. The food prep proceeded to accept the change from the nail biter and place the change in his pocket. Instead of changing his gloves, the food prep continued to prepare my food with the dirty glove with no avai. As I continued to watch, the nail biter continued to bite his nail and actually prepare someone's coffee without gloves. After proceeding to give the consumer her coffee the nail biter continued to bite his nail then reaching for a napkin to wipe his finger. Truly unsanitary from both individuals. I visited this location for 5 months before taking a break and never had a problem with hygienic conditions. This time was different and it will be my last.

Read moreTerrible experience. Placed an online order at 8:30 PM, store closing time was 9 PM. Got there ten minutes later and store was closed. Employee was inside and after knocking, he told me that they wrap up everything 30 minutes prior to closing time. They cannot make orders for 8:30 PM and onwards.
I asked for a refund, he said I can’t do that. You can come in tomorrow and get your order or you can call my store manager tomorrow. He made me feel like I was clueless and in the wrong. I tried to explain to him that even at Starbucks or other Dunkins, I’ve showed up 10 minutes prior to closing and received my order. I wasted 1 hour of my time going to get coffee, and calling corporate for a refund. This is unacceptable.
Normally if a store closes at 9 PM, you can show up at 8:30 or even 8:45 and order your item and receive it. I hate writing a terrible review, but I am very disappointed and will not be...
Read moreWhen I went with my two daughters today the manager was not very helpful. I went to go put money into my mobile card on my phone and he said that it was not possible without a gift card. I have been able to reload this card many times at other Dunkin’ Donuts places. When I ordered my hot drink he started making it iced I had to tell him to stop. I ordered my drink with one pump of French vanilla swirl and he put in three now my drink is extremely sweet. I then ordered two donuts and a bagel. He handed me my two donuts and ended the transaction. I then had to remind him that I ordered a bagel because he forgot. As he went on to make my bagel he started putting it in the toaster and I had to stop him because I did not want a toasted bagel.
