Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fargo

I placed a order with the restaurant! My total was 22.53 I send my Nice downstairs with 22.00 (Honestly I forgot about the .53 cent) my niece comes back up stairs saying that the driver said she needs another dollar because we owe .53 cent so I gave my niece 20$ extra buck (so now the driver has a total of 42.00) I told my niece to get all of my change back from the driver (Which should have been 19.47) my niece comes up stairs with $9.00 and said that the driver said she didn’t have any more change and pulled off! So I ran to chase her and demanded she give me the rest of my change! She said she didn’t have it and I told her that’s not my fault. That doesn’t give her the right to take off with peoples money! If that was the case then it shouldn’t have been a big deal that I was .53 cents short vs her (The driver) taking off with more than half of my change! She said she wouldn’t let me be .53 cents short because “I would be taking out of her kids mouths” but yet she thinks it’s ok for her to take $10.00 out of my kids mouth!!! Long story short she doesn’t want to give me my money so she calls the cops and acts as if someone has done something to her!! The cops giver her money and pizza back and give me my money and everyone leaves. I called dominoes to complain they were really uninterested and just said they would redo the order for free... 10mins later they show up with the same pizza that I ordered 1hr ago all messed up and tossed around they didn’t even redo the order so it could be fresh!!! This store should not even be open! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced...

My husband and I just moved to this area and we wanted some pizza. I always order from dominos because I love their bbq special. So for the first time ever, I called this location and from the sound of it, the guy sounded annoyed. So immediately I felt uncomfortable. I simply asked if they had any deals going on for their pizza and the guy was speaking so fast I couldn't even understand him. So I pretty much asked him a question by repeating what he said to make sure it's what he said. Then he hung up on me. So I called back and someone picked up but didn't say a word but there was talking in the background and hung up on me again. So I waited a couple minutes to call back and they picked up and hung up on me twice. So I kept calling and finally some guy answered and I asked who was the last guy that took my order on the phone because he was extremely rude and he hung up on me. And his exact words were, "well idk what you're talking about but I was the only one here the whole time and our phones and computers went down. Can I help you?" I told him I did needed some help but not anymore. Before finishing my sentence, he cuts me off and says, "ok goodbye." So unbelievable. If the phones were down then why did you pick up? And how did I hear people talking in the background? Dont lie to me to cover up your actions. I get people have bad days but he was extremely rude. From now on I will let all of my friends and co workers know to not order from them and I will be taking my business somewhere else. You made a mistake dominos, and until you hire someone else, I wont...

I ordered pizza at 7:35pm on 11/20/22. It is now 9:05pm and the tracker still shows it hasn't even left the store. I called them about 25 minutes ago to ask what was going on and they gave a half-hearted apology after telling me the pizza is still on the rack and they're waiting for a driver to return. The employee who answered the phone told me their orders were taking TWO hours earlier, as if somehow that would make me feel better. Honestly, if they just told me in advance that it was going to take two hours to deliver my pizza, I would have gone to pick it up or ordered from an actually competent establishment. No harm done. Instead, they leave me waiting around for over 1.5 hours now with no communication whatsoever, and I'm starving, annoyed, and about to get a VERY old pizza. This is ridiculous. Will avoid this store for the foreseeable future unless they can find a way to make it right.

Update: Pizza arrived COLD. The only instruction for the driver was to come to the front door, and naturally he came to the back. No apology for the wait, quality, or illiteracy. I will never order from this store again and I would strongly encourage you...
