Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Fargo

Worst customer service experience I have ever had to deal with! I'm not from north dakota so to come here and see this is how customer service is here is very shocking. We just went to the drive thru the lady said she would be right with us, she was pretty polite, but the some guy comes across the speaker yelling hello hello hello rudley. So my young daughter starts to tell him our order and then he starts yelling drink drink drink, she can't even get out of her mouth what she wants because he's just constantly yelling drink. I was to the point it was like what is his problem! I told her let's just leave because I don't want to spend any money on this place that is so disrespectful and so very rude! I will never do business here and will spread the word to my friends and family locally. We will take our business to the dairy queen across town. I really hope the owner starts looking at reviews because I'm sure this type of customer service going on at this location is hurting his own wallet. I've been a store manager and have been in customer service for many years and I would never tolerate this type of disrespect to any of my customers. My daughter was still being so sweet even tho he was speaking to her like that I will not tolerate anyone talking to her like that ever! Definitely zero stars for...

I just walked out of this location and went to the one on 52nd Avenue. I will not go to this location anymore. I first asked the gal at the counter if she was ready to take my order and she laughed and said she would like to say yes but no. She then went in the kitchen and left me standing while the four staff I saw are laughing and totally ignoring me. This was after I waited at the drive thru to order and decided to go in because there were no other customers in there. This has been one of a few bad experiences in there and I am done with this location even though I live blocks from there. Staff are always rude and the tables are all usually dirty as well as the floors, even when there is no one eating in. we were there about 3pm monday and EVERY table was filthy..except the one in use. We saw 3 workers, two guys and 1 girl. The girl and 1 guy were actually helpful. The guy that helped us had a very dirty blue shirt on and seemed irritated that he had to take our order. He kept taking his cell out and looking at it. He said "great, I just missed a call!" I asked the other guy fir a wet rag to wipe a table snd he immediately came out and cleaned 4 tables and seats. If I had been one of the two helpful workers I would have beenuoset that the one guy was useless. After we ate, I ordered a milkshake which he made. It was the worse dq milkshakes I have ever had.
