India Street Food Fargo — Restaurant in Fargo

That was my first stop for food in Fargo and I was absolutely pleased. I had this place marked on my map as being near my hotel, then it was a short walk from there to this market.

The chaat was very flavorful but not as spicy hot as I would’ve liked… That is not an issue at all. The Samosa were incredible. The crunchy ends were so crispy and delicious it was perfect.

The portion was so big for what I paid for it, I was able to have a meal the next day as well.

If I lived in town, I would be shopping here for my spices and they even have Amul dairy products (Peeta haaaaii Indiaaa!) Plus, the folks there are very nice and kind as well. I can’t...

We ordered a variety of sandwiches, chaat, samosas, and lassis for 3 adults and 1 child and we greatly enjoyed our food. Everything had nice balance of spices, sweetness, sourness, and savory. As much as our family enjoys conventional North Indian style restaurant food, it is nice to have an Indian take-away restaurant in town that serves street-food style dishes like chaat and sandwiches, which can be almost half the price of curry-based dishes at restaurants. Had the samosa chaat and it was really good! The samosas were crispy and fresh, not soggy at all. Great balance of flavors with the tangy tamarind chutney, cooling yogurt, and crunchy sev on top. The spice level was just right - flavorful without being overwhelming. Portion size was generous and everything tasted fresh. The combination of textures made each bite interesting. Definitely recommend trying this if you’re a fan of Indian street food. Will be coming...
