That was my first stop for food in Fargo and I was absolutely pleased. I had this place marked on my map as being near my hotel, then it was a short walk from there to this market.
The chaat was very flavorful but not as spicy hot as I would’ve liked… That is not an issue at all. The Samosa were incredible. The crunchy ends were so crispy and delicious it was perfect.
The portion was so big for what I paid for it, I was able to have a meal the next day as well.

Great balance of flavors with the tangy tamarind chutney, cooling yogurt, and crunchy sev on top. The spice level was just right - flavorful without being overwhelming.
