I don't know what the loss prevention team is on but they are more paranoid than a meth head with a warrant who has been up way to long. They will follow you they don't even try hide it and when i say follow I mean stalk or maybe even harass. It's so uncomfortable to shop there. It was so bad that my mom and I left everything in the cart and when we were about to walk out, one of the 6 people people who were breathing down our knecks had the audacity to say on her walkie loud and clear yep the cops will be here in less than ten minutes for the two suspects. I was shocked we have plenty of money and would have probably spent more than 400 on that trip alone instead we left the cart full and walked out but before exiting the store I made a point to stop at the door and turn my tiny purse upside down and shake everything out. Said I was looking for my keys, Although all the other customers at one point or another saw us getting mistreated so I didn't have to explain why I was dumping my purse all over the floor. A purse that holds my wallet and phone and that's it because it's a hair bigger than a fanny pack. I WSS EMBARASSED and my mom well she was so affected she started taking things into the hands of the law and Better Business Bereau. I Tell you what I cherished that store and if I ever return it will be an investigative reporting visit. Because i am one of many hundred people who have been treated the same way. It NEVER USED TO BE LIKE THIS So it will be very easy to pin point when and who took over the job off loss prevention and butchered the job so bad that his method of loss prevention is such a failure because soon there won't be anyone coming in to buy stuff they can easily shop down the road with a smile and respect. Like Joanne fabrics micheals, or even walmart and target. One thing is for sure if u have to unfortunately experience this as well please leave a comment. I shop a lot and appreciate secret sports they keep my prices low. These guys had no shame no respect and had idea what they were doing because we didn't. We were not, Never had plans of, or even thought about taking anything. It was first off all embarrassing, second of all it showed the skill of the loss prevention team. Thirdly my Mom and put our money back into our bags NO learned that no one deserves to be treated like that EVER. CC

It is a typical cellphone company ploy; AT&T promised many things back in November 2017 to get me to switch from Verizon to AT&T, including no activation fees and no charge for the free phone I was to get. AND I had to make another special trip to an AT&T store to make them follow through with their promises. First they said that the guy who came to my home to sell this package and the AT&T service does not work out of Fargo; second, they could not access my AT&T account by my account number, but needed my drivers license, which I didn't have on me at the time.
