Sons of Norway is truly a gem in downtown Fargo very near downtown post office. There is a parking lot across from front door to park in. The Sons of Norway exists as an organization that welcomes people of any heritage but promotes Scandinavian heritage. They have meetings events here and a library and a bar the Troll Lounge. Inside the place looks like a very old school supper club. It has lots of homey and ethnic art decor. I really like going here and should go more often. From Norwegian language class to karaoke or live bands this place has it. I have been to community and private events here too always a nice welcoming place. Lunch served here. Read moreWe thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and experience at the Sons of Norway Lodge. We went on a Thursday, which was also pie day. My husband had the turkey dinner lunch special, and I had the Norsk Grilled Cheese and Fried Klubb. We both had pie, of course! We were both pleased with our meals. The place was quite busy, but we had no trouble finding a place to sit after ordering our lunch. As my husband is of Norwegian descent, it was fun to look at the decor.
