Read moreWhen we arrived we stood in the main lobby waiting to be seated. After 10 minutes we went to the lounge to ask if there is someone to show us to their seats . Then we were told we had to enter the restaurant even though there was a podium and computer with the layout of the restaurant's seating arrangement. Once we were seated we were greeted a few minutes after with our waitress taking our glasses and filling them with water. After she introduced herself she left and came back once or twice asking if we needed more time to look at the menu. After we picked our appetizers she said she would be able to take our entree order as well and space it out with enough time for us to eat the appetizer and then enjoy our meal . We received our drinks from the bar and were left waiting for the appetizers to show up. Our waitress didn't come to let us know that there would be a wait for our app's. The 4 of us had almost finished with our drinks when I appetizers finally arrived. We ordered our appetizers from the descriptions given about each one but received less than what was advertised on their menu. After we finished our appetizers we waited for another 20 to 30 minutes before our meals came out. The waitress passed around each one of our food and we notice that there was a meal missing. The waitress had not ordered the correct food Being very apologetic she said she would be right back with the correct plate. After the mixup the four of us had various temperatures in our meals. The worst part was having to pay half for the...
Read moreThis boutique hotel is truly a hidden gem—elegant, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches that made my stay memorable. I’m so glad I found it.||The hotel has a cozy, urban feel. I stayed on the second floor and could hear both the street noise and occasional footsteps from the room above—very reminiscent of NYC apartment living. If you're a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. My room was directly above the Blarney Stone Bar, which could be an issue on a loud night, though luckily it was quiet during my stay.||The room was beautifully appointed with one of the best-stocked mini bars I’ve seen. The Fiji water was a nice touch, and you can even order food from the pub downstairs for room service.||Make sure you're familiar with central air systems; I’m used to window units, and mine kept switching to energy-saving mode during the night, which was a bit tricky to manage.||Security is solid—the door has a deadbolt (though no latch), and the elevator requires a key card. I appreciated the added sense of safety.||One of my favorite parts was the complimentary wine and cheese hour—a great chance to unwind and meet fellow guests. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay, making everything feel personalized and high-end.||This place fills up quickly, even midweek, so I’d suggest booking early. Overall, the hotel blends style, comfort, and charm with five-star service. I’d...
