I recently started driving for doordash, and had my dad tagging along on this particular dash. Unfortunately while picking up an order from this restaurant I had worst customer service experience I've had, doordash or otherwise. They had left the main entrance locked to deter customers, but left the secondary door unlocked for dashers to pick up orders. After attempting to enter through the primary entrance and finding the door locked, we attempted to pick up the order through the drive thru. After waiting for about a minute without having been greeted, we started to wonder if the store was closed, so we greeted the drive thru attendant. They seemed immediately offended, and responded that if they don't greet us, it's because they're busy. We let them know were just picking up a doordash, and they responded that they are unable to give doordashes through the drive thru. We responded that the door was locked, and in a demeaning manner, they responded by asking if we even tried the door. We responded that we had tried one of the two entrances, and they responded by affirming that the door was locked because their lobby was closed due to low staffing, but that they had left a secondary door open for door dashers, and we should have tried both doors before getting into the drive through. We entered the store to pick up the order, but the order was not made, so we again had to get the attention of an employee. The associate we had talked to at the drive through approached us to verify that we were picking up a doordash, and we affirmed that we were, but that we felt they had been rude to us. The associate began listing their reasons for being in a bad mood, and that they were "sorry, but not sorry" for how they had treated us, because they understood we were not the people they should be taking their anger out on, but that they were going through too much in their personal life to care. While we understand that some of the things they're dealing with are very difficult and stressful, it's never justified to take out your anger on strangers, especially while working in customer service. I hope their issues will be resolved, but in the meantime I hope that they will also be considerate of how their actions affect others. We all have different issues, but we can choose to cause others pain to avoid suffering alone, or we can focus our energy on fighting the forces that oppress us and being kind to...
Read moreI live nearby so I have been to this location enough times to realize that the management here must be terrible and only certain employees have a good work ethic. The drive through lights and signs are never on and the lobby is always closed, at least in the evenings, suggesting this location doesn't care so much about business. Generally the window service is appropriate and the food is ok albeit the wait time can be long. Today I went there specifically for the nacho fries which are my favorite occasional item. I ordered a crunch wrap on the side since fries only wouldn't fill me up. After about 45-50 minutes of waiting in the dark drive through line, I received pleasant window service. My order however left much to be desired. I received two crunch wraps only. One was cold and didn't even have the crunchy corn tortilla, so it was just a sloppy wrap with inadequate fillings. The other was made right but little filling. No nacho fries. I turned around to right the order but there were vehicles in line and I didn't want to wait another hour. I attempted to go in the lobby but it was locked with a sign saying lobby closed due to short staff but drive through is open. My ticket said two crunch wraps which meant it was punched in wrong. I gave up. After a year of going to this particular storefront, it's obvious they have had, and will continue to have many issues. I will drive further to a better managed store...
Read moreDear Taco Bell Management,
I visited on Monday, November 11, 2024, around pass 9 pm with the intention of purchasing 1 grilled cheese steak burrito and a grilled cheese beef burrito. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues with my order.
Upon arrival, I waited at the counter for service, but no one came to assist. Eventually, a cook from the kitchen stepped in, but he seemed unfamiliar with the ordering process. Meanwhile, other employees were in the back, engaged in conversation, fully aware of a customer waiting at the front.
When my order was finally taken, it was processed incorrectly. I requested one steak and one beef burrito, but I was charged for three burritos instead of two. I only realized this upon reviewing my receipt at home, which showed one steak and two beef burritos. To compound the issue, I discovered that all three burritos were made with beef, despite my preference for steak.
This error impacted my experience, as I was looking forward to enjoying the steak burrito. I feel that this oversight was unprofessional and did not meet the quality of service I expect. I hope that this type of error can be avoided in the future, so others can enjoy a more satisfying experience.
Thank you for taking the time to review...
