Subway — Restaurant in Fargo

The women who open this store are some of the rudest people I've ever met. They obviously hate their jobs or the mornings or something. This morning (4/18/2019) was particularly bad as, at 9 am, they had NO bread except flatbread and two 6" pieces of wheat bread that looked like it had been cut yesterday.

I didn't even see any bread baking in their ovens - and instead of apologizing, the lady behind the counter had such a negative energy and attitude - she didn't greet anyone but just said, "We only have flatbread and wheat".

I work in the area and typically come here early for lunch - I've thought about posting feedback about the opening staff but thought maybe they were having a bad day - but they are CONSISTENTLY unpleasant, rude, and make you feel like you've inconvenienced them by coming into the store.

If the store owner wants to know why this stores sales are declining, it's because of the rudeness of the staff - I can see from the other reviews that I'm not alone. I'll never come back to this Subway ever again - will just wait until 10am to get my sandwich from somewhere much friendlier, like...

Simple mistake gone wrong. My wife had went to this location for lunch a few days ago. She had ordered a sandwich with no cheese because she has a dairy allergy. There ended up being cheese on it that she did not see because it was a flatbread and the mayo was on the same side as the cheese. Two bites later her body was shutting down and she could barely open her eyes and was fighting to respond to questions. What most people would blow off as an oops could have killed my wife. Some people order food without certain topping because they don't like it, but others order it that way because they have to. I was going to have the tuna fish but when I saw how crosscontaminated that stuff was it looked like salmanila waiting to happen so I went with the ham, salami, and pepperoni. And as she was making my sandwich she dropped pepperoni into the tuna fish. Fish and pork is a bad combo. They really need to keep the tuna fish in better condition. Someone is going to get really sick. Everything else was ok. The service was great and I tipped. Our meals tasted wonderful. The only other complaint I have is that the Moorehead stores are always out of breads. How do you run out of your main ingredient? Bread is the one thing you should never run out of especially when you bake...
