I wanted to order flowers for a friend's little girl. I send a gift every birthday as the little girl was born with a critical heart condition and every year she lives is a celebration. I'm a florists worst nightmare of a client. I called the day before the little girls birthday, I had questions, and I accidentally gave the wrong address as I failed to update my records. When I ordered the flowers, the person I spoke to a Dalbol's was so very helpful with suggestions. I didn't want the flowers to be sent until after 3 pm so an adult would be home after school. I received a voicemail from Dalbol's telling me they tried to deliver the flowers to the address I gave, but the family didn't live there anymore. I called the next morning and apologized. I told them I would understand if they wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers at all. The person told me wrong addresses happen often and not to feel bad about that. I found it pretty difficult to find a florist last couple years. I typically like doing local, but the price for the product just has not been what I expected lately. I’m paying usually $100 dollars and the arrangement is nice, but just lacked flowers, had more greenery, and almost felt like a mechanic shop charging more for labor v. material. Many years I’ve had to go buy individual flowers and greenery just to make it fuller and got to point where I made my own arrangement in 2024 and was able to add more.

This year after searching around and found Dalbol Flowers and called 8-10 days prior to Valentine’s Day asking for custom work to an arrangement / setting I liked. They were able to add more and gave them a price range ($150 incl tax) that I’d to be around. They did so with ease and picked up with relief honestly how great the arrangement is. My wife ended up loving it and it was nice where nothing additional was needed, able to be happy with the product I was given.

The flowers are beautiful from the picture they sent me of what was to be delivered to my daughter. The flowers arrived May 11, 2023 @ 2:19 my daughter sent me a picture of them and it looked like it had tipped over and some had fallen out and just smashed in the vase!! Not happy!! I called them today May 12, the gal said well the picture was taken at a different angle and there is a front and back, then said some designers do it differently, a small little bouquet of flowers should be even all the way around. That’s the way I’ve always seen them. Then said we can go pick up the flowers if you like and give you some credit. People work and are not home. There’s a reason that you have flowers delivered to where they work. I ask her to let the owner know. She said will take your name out of our system.
