I'm super excited for another authentic Vietnamese restaurant. We happened to go on opening day, which was yesterday to our surprise. We went for lunch and it's located in the former Adibon restaurant. There are only a handful of tables. Decor and space is cute. They're brand new so service could be better. There was only one staff running the front- hosting, waitressing, bussing and taking payments.
When we ordered, I was able to customize the pho with the options of meat. We chose the rare steak, flank stank and meatballs. There were full bottles of Sriracha, hoisin, sate sauce and soy sauce. They were all bread new as they were sealed and know they're not watered down. I like how they have the holders with chopsticks and soup spoons.
I was only hoping for a lime wedge with the pho. I wanted to ask but the only staff was a bit busy. The soup had pretty good flavor but was expecting it to be hot temperature wise. It was warm but not hot enough. The noodles were kind of congealed together. I think they may have cooked the noodles and let them sit too long. The egg rolls were tasty and served hot temperature wise. They were served with the nuoc mam or fish sauce and pickled daikon. So yum! The order comes with 4 rolls.
I would have like some more water but know the one person was doing her best.
They're offering 20% off for the first week, which was much appreciated. I think a bowl of pho is around $15-17 depending how you customize it. It seems like that's pretty standard for pricing. It was enough for the two of us.
I'd give them another try. They offer banh mi on the menu but weren't prepared to serve...
Read moreI have been a huge fan a pho since my time living in CA, and traveling across the Midwest for work I get to try pho everywhere. The pho at Pho TiTi is the best I’ve come across in the Midwest! The true key to the pho is the deep rich bone broth that makes the base of the soup. This was intensely flavorful with the richness of the beef and the spices used to make it. They are also incredibly generous with the meats that are in it. My personal favorites are the meatballs and tendons. The tendons here were soft and buttery. If you’re not into tendon, any of the other meats are also so delicious. If you ate craving pho or have never tried it and are looking for a place to have it the first time, go here. The owners are incredibly kind as well!
Thanks for the great experience. When I come through the area again, I will be for sure...
Read moreWe love Pho TiTi. The pho here is delicious. It’s comparable to my favorite place in New Orleans called Pho Bang. Infact this is the ONLY place I’ve found so far that can come close in comparison. I’m so glad that we found this spot.
When you walk in you’re immediately greeted and seated with a cool pitcher of water.
We order their egg rolls and multiple types of pho as it was our entire family. Every single bit of it came out fresh, delicious, and perfectly proportioned.
My only complaint and the reason that I docked it 1 star is because they do not have spring rolls on the menu. I always order chargrilled pork spring rolls with my pho and they just don’t have which was a huge bummer.
Otherwise it’s great. ...
