Arby's — Restaurant in Faribault

People are still great here but Arby’s used to great because they were different. I loved the difference and went all the time. I got roast beef and potato cakes or side salads, their deserts were fresh baked at the locations.

But Arby’s has changed too much. They had potato cakes, now changed to fry’s only🤨. They had great side salads and they dropped those completely😕. Their cookies were awesome, baked in the store, now they are manufactured and in cellophane packages🙁. Today I paid extra for medium fry’s and pop… Now the medium pop is what used to be there small size☹️.

You are no longer different, the ONLY thing you now have going for you is roast beef, that’s really not enough. Arby’s your done now, you lost my business.

Higher prices and less food and your food is now the same as a dozen other restaurants. You’re no longer different. Today will be my last visit for some time now, maybe ever.

Arby’s your corporate changes did this, YOU did this.

I order food from Arby’s in Faribault Minnesota today and my food was soooooo old and hard. I called restaurant to let them know my food was hard and old . And to tell them I’ll bring the food back after I get off work to get fresh food. Sammy answer the phone and I told him everything and he told me no and hang up the phone. I called back again and Jay answer this time I ask him if I can speak with Sammy again he said no because he going to deal with the situation now. So I tried talking to him and he wouldn’t listen so he hang up. I called back about 10-11 times after that and they did the same thing and sometimes they declined the call. The last time I called I guy name Brady answer and I ask him for corporate number and he gave me a wrong number. All I want to say is that restaurant is so disrespectful and rude. Logan and the Farribault location made my whole. Day he helped me when I called because I just wanted a market. Fresh bil t o should be old here. But it doesn't offer that online. I told them that if I took off all the stuff I didn't want. Could he still make it the way I wanted it? He said I will confirm that, ma'am. He was such a sweetheart and a love and he made my whole day cause I had a really s* day and all i wanted. Was your BLT market fresh sandwich? I called back to compliment his manager. And he said, I am the manager and I said, is there anything else I could do to compliment you and he said you could write a reveal. So that's what I'm doing right now. He was wonderful, pleasant kind endearing and got me exactly what I wanted? I will come back every single day because of his kindness....
