Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Faribault

Worked really hard today and didn’t want to come home to cook. Got a raw dough pizza tonight from Godfathers. Of course everyone is eating a piece and I am the one who realizes it because it’s wet and doughy. I called to let them know and the manager wanted to excuse the fact that it’s doughy because we ordered stuff crust. So I order this all the time and it’s typically not raw. I asked if she would fix it. Of course she wants the entire pizza back which is fine that’s what we will do but she was mad at us for not wanting the raw pizza. Her tone was very aggressive. Management should be way more professional. Raw dough can make a person sick. It’s just the facts. So tonight we spend about an hour running from home to Godfathers because they didn’t cook the pizza long enough. Typically you’d offer a discount or a desert for the next order not beg for your raw pizza back especially for the inconvenience rather than making an excuse. Good luck for future complaints. I called in a order and paid for it with my credit card.Gave all my information and she said okay it will be 45min and I said thank you and hung up the phone.Waited 55min and no pizza so I called and asked if my order went out yet and the girl said I will let you talk to the assistant manager so Corey gets on the phone and says your card didn’t go thru and I said why did they not call me back and tell me that instead of letting me wait for 45 min. Pizza was great, restaurant was clean, manager competent. I like to order online, like it says on the sign in the restaurant. But the website says "This store is not currently available for online orders." Since I was online, I chose the pie I wanted before calling to order. But when I called l, the response was, "we don't offer that here." I'm thinking, "why not" as there is only one ingredient different than any other pie they offer, artichoke hearts, which come in a jar they could easily keep on hand.
