Last time I went there the handed my food out to somebody else who was in the spot that I was supposed to be parked in because their whole parking system is a debacle. They're not calling out orders they're just handing out food. So I had to sit and wait for a half an hour for my order to be remade. Today I was the first one to pull up in line and the last one to order after two cars went through the other side first. I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla syrup because I like mine sweet. I pull up to the window and they had me my breakfast right away. Now we're just waiting on coffee. 10 minutes go by and when it does show up my coffee looks like sewer water. There's hardly any creamer in it and there's NO sugar in it. I try to complain about this to her at the window and she just acts like she can't speak English and continues to shove the cup into my car. So I took it and I came around and I came inside to get it replaced. They basically forgot about me in there. Standing there for another 10 minutes waiting for these people to put sugar creamer and coffee into a cup. I finally stepped back behind a counter and I said something loudly about it. My drink was just sitting on the shelf. Waiting to go. She tried to feed me some line about how they're understaffed when I can clearly see more than four people working. Taco Bell in Faribault is actually understaffed. And they provide better service than this. And that short manager with the black hair there has never offered any apologies nor compensation for any of this cluster. And he was there managing both times. There's something wrong or there's a wait every time I go to this damn place. They're the only McDonald's in town and they know it and that's how they're playing it. Go to Medford or owatonna. Read moreFood is fine, as you'd expect. Service is generally fine and sometimes great UNLESS you use a customer satisfaction survey. This is the ONLY location to ever tell me that it had expired a week ago and threatened to not take it. They said next time we won't accept it. I have used them past their date many times at other locations. End of the day. You make an offer, I do your survey and McDonalds get's what they want from it. What's the big deal if it's a few days or a week or two past the date? This is also the ONLY location I have run across that refuses to replace their receipt printer.
