Let's go with ZEROstars!! This location was one of the worst experiences I've had. First at the drive thru window, I was met with rushed service, unattentive and difficulty in communicating due to having some barriers due to accent. I understand communication barriers but once I reached the window his negligence continued. I was rushed received part of my order. Once he looked back out, he realized he missed the second part of my order. As I exited the line I determined he also forgot my change. I returned to the window to share with him he forgot to provide my 12.00 in change. He then said he could not give me the change and I had to call the manager in the morning as he can check the cameras. I was so disappointed and fustrated that he would infer that I was lying. I ensured him $12 was not a benefit . He continued to say its nothing he could do. As a consumer I found this to be against all customer service rules. As I returned the next day to retrieve my $12 because they did find that it was an error I was not provided any other form of compensation for wasting my time or dissatisfaction of service, a small coffee or a coupon for an ice cream cone. Read moreWorst customer service at any Dunkin around. I felt unvalued as a paying customer and was treated with hostility and rudeness. I live in the adjacent neighborhood and come to this location due to convenience but will not be returning after today’s encounter. I did a mobile order and when I went inside to pick it up I went to the pick up window and said mobile order for Daniel, he was just finishing up the $2 iced coffee I had ordered and he said for Daniel S? And I said yes. He showed a receipt and said can you confirm this is your order and I said yes. Then he tells me I need to show him the app because there’s another customer claiming to be picking up the order for Daniel S. No where on the Dunkin order history does it show my name. I said I don’t know how your app works man, here’s the order time I just ordered it 10 min ago… he said well I can’t confirm it’s yours. I stepped back and he asked the other customer if he wanted his coffee and he just says, yea I’d like to purchase an iced coffee… no apology from the worker, he reluctantly handed me the drink and I left angry as could be. Read moreWent to go order a coffee with my partner. We stood there for a good while as all 8 of the workers kept looking at us. When they finally took the order, at first it seemed the boy was rude when we asked what kind of smoothies they had because it wasn’t on the menu. I ordered a cold brew with light caramel and light skim milk and my partner ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. The whole bill cost me $12 even after I asked if I could use the offer I was received on my account. He said I couldn’t, but the website said I was able to, but he didn’t give it to me. They made the coffee completely wrong with salted cold foam and the drink was as white as paper (when I said light on everything). They argued with us, saying that’s what we ordered. When they gave me what I actually ordered, my cold brew was extremely filled with caramel to a point where I can’t drink it (when, once again, I asked for light everything). I would’ve asked for my money back, but I didn’t want any more issues. So, I paid for a huge specialty coffee for them to drink. Will never return there.
