Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

Just the worst Jimmy John's ever! I placed an order on line for delivery and after 45 minutes decided to call and see where my delivery was because the tracking device stated that it was delivered. I was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes and the very rude gentleman who finally answered after I called back a 3rd time hung up on me after I told him I wanted to cancel my order. They are constantly out of food items, the last 3 times I've ordered they have been out of the thing I've ordered and waited until it was supposed to be delivered to call me and tell me that somebody didn't prep enough food for a Saturday afternoon. They forgot to give us the pickles we ordered. When we returned with the bags and realized this we called and asked for them to be delivered. They told us we had to buy another sub in order for them to deliver the 2 pickles. So in essence they wanted us to pay $9 for $3 in pickles that they forgot to give us. This is not a proper response to an error. After more probing they finally agreed to deliver them. This should have been the first response. Then after waiting about 10 min. They called to say they couldn't find our house so they were just refunding us the money. They could've called us and asked for some direction. We usually tip delivery 15-20%. About a week ago my wife and I were at a restaurant celebrating our 30th anniversary. Our son in a wheelchair ordered from Jimmy John's. The delivery person made a point to tell him that there was a place for him to add a tip. Today 7/7/17, at about 6:30pm a Jimmy John's was making a delivery next door to my house, and he stopped right in the middle of the street. It is a subdivision, but very inconsiderate of other people driving on our street.
