Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

Little Caesar's has been a longtime favorite of my family. I've always enjoyed their pizza. I think it is well made and you can't beat the price. This location is our go to spot! The employees are always so nice and courteous!

They also have the pizza portal at this location. You can place and pay for your specific order online and schedule the pickup time. You'll receive an email with your Pizza Portal 3 digit Code/QR Code. All you have to do when you arrive is go to the pizza portal station, punch in the 3 digit code or scan the QR Code and the door that holds your order will open. You grab your pizza out and then push the done button, then the door will close! I was nervous to use the pizza portal for the first time but it is actually very simple. I have never seen another order in there with mine, which makes me believe that either people don't know it exists or other people are afraid to use it.

So if you are reading this review, I highly suggest you give this Little Caesar's a try, especially to try out the pizza portal. I place my order online before I leave work for the day, which is always during the dinner rush, and my pizza is always ready for me when I arrive. The other nice thing about using the pizza portal is that it's fully self serve. I don't have to get in line and wait or bother any of the associates to get my pizza, which is really nice and convenient! I would definitely...

Manager/owner? Doesn't care at all about your time. Excuses incompetence for, "being busy" and "that's life". Waited exactly 1 hour for only 3 items. Ordered in app with a quoted wait time of 20-30min. No notification by the end of that time. Walked in to check and was told it's coming right out. 30 minutes to the second later notification came that it's ready. Again total of 1 hour and 30-40min past quoted time. All while minimum 15 other cars, door dash, other portal orders (who arrived 10-15 min. after us) were served. And how about this..... after that hour wait (quoted as 20-30 min.)...two of our items were not even in the portal and we had to ask for them. Brought it up to manager/owner and was offered no compensation but a sorry and excuses about power out in the area so they were busy. Just not too busy to serve everyone else. While walking out he said, "That's life". No sir it is not. That's you who can't time your orders or assemble them...

I went in with my boyfriend to get 5 pizzas and 4 bags of crazy bread. My boyfriend ordered and was not rude or anything, the person working with short blue/blonde hair was for some reason shocked and said “5 pizzas”. We said yeah? She walked to the back and said something to her coworker. She came out and said “just to make sure, you said 5 pizzas?” we said yes? She pulled them out of the hot and ready warmer, they were already done and she didn’t even have to do any work. She rang them up and didn’t even include the crazy bread but my boyfriend is too nice to mention it so we left. We were super polite, and she was mean for absolutely no reason, it’s not even like we went in super close to close or asked for a crazy...
