Bella Flora Cafe — Restaurant in Farmington

Order was placed with wrong address. No big deal, made a phone call and confirmed the correct address and was assured that it would be delivered to the correct address. Instead, with zero notification, it was dropped off at the wrong address, not the address I called and confirmed. I notified Heather and said, "[the recipient] is on their way to the wrong address to pick them up. I just wanted you to know that it was messed up". The recipient then arrived at the address that they were delivered to just to find out that the delivery guy came and got them after being told not to. At this point, the delivery driver proceeds to smack talk me for being upset about how goofed the process was. I then called again to ask what that was all about and was treated poorly. I'm, glad you don't think that your business doesn't need returning customers. Good luck. I'll be finding other places...

I don't normally do reviews, but I have to do one for this florist!!! I also don't normally send flowers but my boyfriend and I have been through a lot lately and he really needed something to smile about, so I randomly looked up flower delivery near me and found Bella-Flora, and I'm so glad I did! She was quick, listened carefully, was quite efficient and spot on with what I needed and was looking for. My boyfriend was over the moon and brought to tears with the surprise and I couldn't be happier 😁 Thank you so much Bella- Flora!! Willow was so sweet and went above and beyond for us! I ordered an iced macchiato, but she accidentally made a latte, and realized it when she brought me the drink - she offered to make me a new one but I was perfectly content with what she made & told her not to worry about it! I drank the latte, and upon our departure, she handed me an iced macchiato to go, on the house.
