Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Farmington

Came here once before (2years ago). Service was horrible! Our waitress didn't bring out our wings for nearly 45 mins before I had to confront her since she never came to table to address us. It wasnt even busy. She brought it out and the ranch container was on top of the wings. Disrespectful and disgusting.

Second visit this past weekend, we hoped for a better experience. Instead we had the rudest waitress who didn't smile, greet or even look us in the eye to take our order. No respect! She was so "jawned" out. An expression used to describe a Navajo who is so damn rudely Navajo and I can say that cuz I am Navajo myself. Also, we requested to haveone tv channel changed to cartoons for my son since they were all on football and there was absolutely no1 in the restaurant besides us. They denied our request because apparently it is policy to leave on fb. As we expressed our disappointment to the manager, the waitress interrupted us and argued with us. The manager didnt hush her. She seemed to encourage her and only had to say,"im so sorry" when she clearly didnt mean it. The waitress and manager were laughing at us as we walked out. SO JAWN! Get some customer service skills and try to be professional.

So not happy that this location would not work with me for a family member to pick up an order. I'm out of state, and wanted to treat my brother and mom to pizza. They stated that the person picking up order had to have the card on them to sign for... I asked what the difference was between carry out and delivery, when delivery never asks to see cards. Young lady told me that it is because the person they are delivering to placed the order... umm... what?? How do they even know that when they don't request to even see the card?? Lame!! Long story short, pizza joints do not deliver to my family's location because it's 12 miles out of town. They have little, and I try to help them out when I can. I'm just super happy that Papa Johns was very accommodating to me and help my family pick up an order I placed over the phone, which the young lady at Pizza Hut could not help me with. Pizza Hut lost many sales that I could easily help my family with. They need to get their stuff together. Mind you, I understand they're trying to protect themselves, but to not work with someone to help their family? That's just not right. #sadface #supersadface...

We ordered online. After paying, it said the order would be ready for carry out in 15 minutes. We drive over and wait in the parking lot for 5 minutes, go in to get the order and we're told "it just went in the oven" ok. No big deal. We go back to the car for 10 minutes and go back in. The same girl says " it's gonna be a minute" we sit and wait. And wait. After 30 minutes I go ask what the problem is because it's been almost an hour now. The girl says " oh. I'll go check." Then as she goes around the corner says to a co worker " God I hate people that don't tip" she brings our food out and just flops it on the counter and walks away. When we got home the pizza was cold so it obviously had just been sitting there while we waited. One of the pizzas was messed up, like someone took a bite. I called the store and was told "there ain't no manager at this store" I'm so done with rude punks. Never again pizza hut. There are way better places with...
