To whom it may concern,
I havenāt been to Dunkin many years but I recently found somethingās on the menu that I really like. Specifically the candied bacon.
Itās on my way to this jobsite that I am currently working at and I got hooked. So Iāve been stopping here every morning.
The first time was great the bacon was warm a tasted incredible and even the second time. But the 3rd time which was yesterday it was cold and had a big pile of bacon grease on it. I even threw that chunk of bacon out due to the excessive grease on it.
So today when I stopped in I told me wife that we needed to check it and make sure that it was warm at the least and with no grease on it.
It was cold, so I tried to get the woman behind the counters attention and let her know that it was cold. She immediately had an attitude with me and was rolling her eyes like a child and very rudely told me that it was supposed to be cold. When I tried to explain to her that when I first bought it, it wasnāt cold, she kept rolling her eyes and wouldnāt let me even get a word in or explain myself.
My wife stepped in and told her that she didnāt need to be so rude to us as I was walking off because I didnāt want to escalate an already out of control situation. She continued to be rude to my wife until my wife had to walk away as well.
This behavior is what is unacceptable, everything would have been fine if she had attempted to listen and just make it right. We order online every morning and usually order the same thing and now I donāt even want to order because I feel like our food and drinks may be compromised.
The woman who treated us this way was taller and thin and had long hair with a double pony tail and white eyeliner makeup around her eyes. She was acting very rude and amped up. Iām not sure what to do but I do know that you guys record everything that goes on in your stores and I would like you to review the footage and to please stop this woman from treating your customers like trash and serving...

Five minutes, it's slow in the building. I wait. I walk over to where I can see their screen, and i see my order. No one is making it. I wait. I'm starting to get frustrated. No one looks at me, ask me if I need help. I wait. It's been ten minutes, and I watch the lady clear my order from the screen. Now I'm frustrated. "Excuse me, is no one going to make my order?" The response was, "you don't have a right to get this angry. We're out of your bagel" "So that means you just erase my order?" "You didn't tell anyone you were here!" "Can i just get a refund, then, since you won't make my order?" "You have to go through door dash" "I didn't use door dash, i used YOUR app." "You have to get a refund through the app, we can't help you. " Keep in mind, I'm frustrated so my voice is stern. I'm not yelling, just stern. They ask what my order was! Ok. They give me my order, made wrong, with a substitute bread. . . TL:DR DON'T GO TO THIS DUNKIN staff isn't accommodating, they yell at you if you get upset, and they don't...

The kid making my drink could not even be bothered to get the order right. The woman who was pulling the drinks made a completely different drink than I ordered called it and walked away I said thatās not what I ordered. She rolled her eyes and went to the next customer. The kid who put the drink in the register gave me the most heinous attitude I have ever experienced and said that is what I wrote and when I asked the drink to be made again he started slamming things around and Yanking the handle to pour the coffee again like I inconvenienced him for doing his job wrong. I asked for the managerās name and they just wrote a random personās name on a slip of paper without a phone number or anything.
