Dunkin' — Restaurant in Farmington

TERRIBLE management, the guy didn’t want to honor the free donut Friday promotion even though I purchased a drink. I pulled up my app and had them scan it. But according to him, you need to pull up a QR code for the donut. I’ve done this before, and there is NO QR CODE. The discount is automatically applied with the purchase of a drink. He also didn’t add whip cream and caramel drizzle to the caramel craze signature latte my boyfriend ordered, “because he didn’t ask for it.” You NEVER have to ask for that when ordering a signature caramel latte because according to dunkin’s site it isn’t extra; “The Caramel Craze Signature Latte includes caramel flavor, and is topped with whipped cream, a caramel flavored drizzle and cinnamon sugar topping.” You pay EXTRA for that. Otherwise what’s the point of ordering a signature latte when you can get a regular one? If this guy doesn’t know what he doing, why is he a manager at this place?? The other employee was more knowledgeable and nicer than him! I’ve never had this problem at my usual Dunkin’, and I’m certainly never going back...

horrible customer service there was a line out of the door which could mean they were just busy so i decided to mobile order my food cause all i wanted was an everything bagel, i see and hear the order come through and there are 2 people on shift one is in the back doing dishes as they are getting ready to close, while the other one is supposed to be taking orders but anstead is talking with these 3 or 4 boys at the ordering counter and giving them free donuts, munchkins and drinks while my food is already payed for and waiting to be made, i ended up waiting around 10 mins just for this bagel because the black girl who is built like a upside down bowling pin is to busy giving out free food and drinks, worst dunkin/ fast food place i have ever been to and i am not even somebody to write a complaint but i just feel like there is a lot of room for improvement...

One of the worst places and worst services in the whole state! The teenagers working there are just talking and having fun and the left the line of the people going out because they don’t serve and don’t want to serve them! They gave me very old food, to quit going there, it caused me to be sick and vomiting the whole day! They don’t respect and don’t assist the clients all what they do there is eating and talking together and when they see people there waiting they just ignore them so they leave without buying anything! I hope that the manager will have more respectful, convenient and active staff over there cause they ruined the reputation of Dunkin Donuts by having such horrible employees!! Too bad and shameful!
