Order two pizzas and bread sticks. I was told it would be ready by 8:00pm. Arrived to pick it up at 8:00pm, when I walked into the store there was 5 customers all standing there waiting. It appeared that they were behind on their orders. The employees seemed to be hiding in the back, no one would come up front for customers to talk to. But you could hear them back there goofing off and laughing. A customer would yell out to them to get their attention and they just ignored them. Finally an employee would walk up with an order and hand it off. But that employee would then go to the back room again without speaking to any customers explaining why they were 30 mins behind. I finally spoke to an employee who told me one pizza was ready but my other one was just put in the oven. After 40 mins past my original pick up time I received my two pizzas. I was told that I wouldn’t be getting the bread sticks because it would be a longer wait. So they gave me those pizza cheese puff things instead. My daughter only likes the bread sticks and that’s why I ordered them. So in the end I received my pizzas 40 mins late, one pizza was cold due to sitting out on a counter while they cooked my second pizza. I didn’t receive the break sticks I ordered specifically for my daughter, but got cheese puffs instead that no one wanted. The thing that pissed me off the most was the lack of communication. Seemed like the employees were just hiding in the back and goofing off. I didn’t see a bunch of pizzas leaving so it didn’t make sense why they were so behind. Makes me think they were...
Read moreA couple months ago I had one of the most disappointing box openings of my recent adult life. So much so that I felt the need to alert the authorities through the proper channels to ensure my experience wouldn’t become somebody else’s truth.
It took me a little while to recover from the disappointment, but as sure as the world spins, life does go on. The sun began to shine a little brighter and the air lost its chill and I began to enjoy the small things once more.
Then one day out of the clear blue while I was getting swol at the gym, I received a phone call from a number I didn’t recognize. Assuming it was just another telemarketer I ignored the call, but much to my dismay the caller left a message.
And this message changed the course of my destiny. It was the owner of the Little Caesars above. He had acknowledged my concern for the well being of future customers and sympathized with my pain and suffering and was on a mission to make it right.
That acknowledgement was all I needed to feel heard and appreciated as a customer, but he went the extra mile and provided a replacement box packed with maximum satisfaction and excitement.
My life since 1 hour ago has forever changed for the better. Thank you for going above and beyond.
I would 100% recommend this place.
Go there and spend all your money and or...
Read moreThis review would be ZERO stars if I could give a zero. I arrived just before 2:30 today, no other customers were in the store. No one was at the counter, so I waited. A few minutes later a guy came from the back. I said "I would like a cheese pizza", and he got one that was already made and in sitting in the "hot box" or whatever you call them where they put pizzas to keep them hot. I paid for it, and left and went home. I was horrified to see what I saw when I opened the box at home... it was unbelievable. It looked old and was lop sided. One side was flat and thin, the other side was thick like it should be. It didn't look like there was hardly any cheese on it at all, and what was there looked to be a little over cooked. The pizza was so paper thin, and in one picture I have submitted, you can even see the light through it because it was so thin. Also, the slices were all different sizes. What a waste of time and money. I didn't eat it so I don't know how it tasted. When this location first opened, it was awesome. Perfect pizza. Not anymore. I just don't understand why the owner doesn't train these people that work there that this is unacceptable. Maybe they do, but the workers obviously don't care. Who knows. I'm just very disappointed and I don't...
