My father works there and my sister did work there not sure why they fired her so I'm not to happy about that but other then that it's a good place altogether I'm only gonna give 4 stars it was gonna be 5 but they didn't give my sister a resion for firing her so they lost a star for non communication on there part. I was in there waiting for my husband to get off of work and I saw the Assistant manager Lindsay yelling at my husband because he was just standing there catching his breath due to breathing issues. I over heard the conversation and my husband said I'm just trying to catch my breath and she started getting after him in a rude way to get back to work. For a Assistant manager who says I didn't like the way my previous managers would get after me and she says if I'm a manager one day I will not treat my employees that way, but Lindsay does go on her power trip ALOT. I've always had a great experience at this store! They were very accommodating for food allergies when my son had them. I'm a former sandwich artist myself, so I'm a little critical of some subway locations, but this one is great!
3/15/25 UPDATE (7 years later):
Elroy is the man! You guys have a solid hire in him. What a thoughtful and considerate guy! He was so pleasant the way he interacted with my 6 year old son! He helped him navigate the options for his sandwich so well.
When we didn't get drinks, he read my mind and anticipated the water cups I was about to ask for.
Like, seriously, the guy has got customer service nailed down!
