I'd love to be able to review the experience of actually being seen by this team. However, and to maybe help others understand why it's so strange trying to work with them, they have opted to use an overseas 'back office' team to handle all incoming calls.
So as a prospective new patient you talk to someone in the Philippines who knows just enough English to make you feel like you can talk with them, but not enough to really understand what's going on.
So that's why there is this disconnected feeling when you hear them say they are the 'back office' and need to ask you some questions before they can have the 'front office' call you back - or however they position it.
First time I called they ask you why you are calling and who you need to talk to, but not in a helpful way, more in a way like you should know and if you don't you're the problem.
So after a few attempts explaining why I was calling I must have finally followed the right series of questions in their flow chart because I finally made it to the people actually in Farmington. The woman who took my information was very polite and told me someone would evaluate my chart and email me with next steps.
No one did.
I called back a week later to follow up and the Philippines team kept asking me if I was a patient and I kept saying 'I'm not sure, they told me someone would follow up, so that is what I need help with'

Trey Loftis is very knowledgeable, skilled and time efficient with all his work. He uses various techniques that have helped with my pain, nausea and headaches and even has increased/activated muscle strength that wasn't there before. He always takes his time to actually listen and apply what he has learned over the years. Trey also explains the 'why' you are experiencing pains/symptoms and sometimes shows particular muscles or points in a book or on a diagram. If something new comes up he is always willing to try it out and always is determined to fix you right up. If there are multiple things that need working on he can always determine what needs working on first. In the end if you need excersizes (like most physical therapists give) I think that he knows just which ones to give as to not irritate the body more. Trey always has a positive attitude and you can always trust that he is not going to 'break' you like some chiropractors do. He works alongside with his colleagues (who I also see) well.
Lisa larson is intuitive, knowledgeable and positive. She always listens in what you have to say and listens to the body. She makes my body feel less pain after I see her and definitely has the healing touch. Lisa also has worked on my nerves lifting some headaches and making me feel more relaxed. She has also worked on some of my organs lifting some abdominal pain. She really cares about who ever comes into her office and gives great hugs. (before covid) We have gotten so far from when I first started seeing her till now.
Martha is confident, open minded and extremely knowledgeable in what she does. Every time I see her I am always amazed in what it does to me and the lasting effects. Martha and Tammy (her assistant) are always positive and always listen to what you say what has happened and are always super confident in healing you.
Amber is intelligent, patient and can tell almost anything just from your feet. Sometimes its almost like she is reading your mind. Haha. Its not just a foot massage, it helps the entire body (also mentally) and almost is like seeing a psychologist. She has helped me with some difficult things and also has made me feel comfortable with some ptsd. Amber knows just which muscles and or organs need work on from the feet which gets passed onto her colleagues if she doesn't get to fixing it herself to help me with that.
Front desk are always helpful and positive especially Colleen. You can make the appointments you want and they take the time to be personable and...
Read moreOn Nov. 8, 2021 I fell down 3 stairs & broke my left head of humerus (my left shoulder) & shattered my left femur above my knee. Since My shoulder fracture was not separated, I needed no surgery, but my left arm was in a sling with zero weight bearing until mid January. I did undergo surgery on my left femur. This resulted in 44 staples & the permanent addition of a steel rod nearly the length of the bone. My therapy was simply how to transfer from bed to wheelchair & back again.
In January 2022 my orthopedist took away the weight restriction on my left arm & allowed me to try to put 25% of my body weight through my leg & work to get full range of motion & strength in my arm.
This is when Trey entered the picture. Over two visits with Trey Loftis, my shoulder went from very painful, small movement to normal movement & no pain.
Then I was able to put 50% of my body weight on my left leg. Which meant that as of March 2022, I could walk with a walker. This was very painful. Naturally, my leg had weakened after little use for 3 months. Trey began working to reactivate the muscles in my left leg. I quickly went from a walker to a cane.
I have had physical therapy throughout this ordeal. The physical therapists gave me exercises to increase range of motion in my shoulder & strength & balance in my leg. My therapist is a dedicated person who wants her clients to succeed. But my progress did not âtake offâ until I added Trey to the mix. You canât strengthen a muscle that is âturned off.â
I would & have recommended Trey Loftis to anyone with...
