McDonald's — Restaurant in Farmington

I rarely went to McDonald's until I discovered great deals and coupons with their app. But the app is nothing but trouble. McDonald's is hard enough to order and get the right order in a timely manner and it's near impossible with the app. Actually it is impossible if using the app. Picking up an app order on drive through confuses all employees and your stuck watching the other drive through line progress at a good pace as they try to figure out how to pull up an app order...every...single...time. If you go to a designated parking spot to pick up, be prepared to watch them clear the whole drive through line a couple times before you get your order. Keep their phone number handy because there's a good chance you'll want to call and make sure you weren't forgotten. DO NOT take it out on staff, it's not them that's the problem. Brand new store, but the service definitely has issues. With the new two car drive-thru, it's understandable that it will take a while to work out all the kinks, but that doesn't explain issues with employees, orders, and general customer service. Hopefully in the future, all aspects of this store will improve. Although, there is one particular employee that needs a severe attitude adjustment, but seeing that she is related to management, that may never happen, unfortunately! This particular person does not need a job of any type, working with the public, as her attitude is terrible, and it's obviously clear that she thinks she is all that, meanwhile screwing up orders!!! Anyway, if you can get your order correctly, and everything is fresh, which sometimes it's not, but if it is fresh, it's usually pretty good. Zero stars. 3rd time at this establishment as my kids love it for lunch & play place after a fun filled day. Today was the worst. Quickly changed my order from "here" to "to go" as soon as we walked in. Waited a while for someone at the counter, then went to the kiosk to order. Floor was super gross, was slippery and it wasn't even wet. Food all over the tables in play area. On our last visit an employee set our food on a table covered in fries and sauce, used their sanitize wipes to clear the table myself as there were not any others clean. The thing that did me in though, was someone taking a sopping wet dripping mop and trailing it out of the kitchen, the service counter to take an order, and finally trailed it to a wet floor sign in the corner and that's when they proceed to mop. When they were done they trailed it dripping wet back into the kitchen to the mop bucket and just left the...
