On October 17, 2024, i took my ring here to be resized. to start out, they quoted my ring at $400, when we definitely paid well over $1,600, however moving forward, they were informed about the size, the money was paid up front and everything was good. the only good thing i can say about Diamonds and More, is that they provided the ring sizing in a timely manner. However, when picking up my ring, i was examining it in my vehicle before i left the parking lot, and noticed that a bright blue piece of sapphire was missing from the inside of the band, which was there before i had dropped it off. i went back into this business to explain my concern due to this piece of sapphire giving my jewelry uniqueness, and why it was missing. the lady at the counter acknowledged that the sapphire was there before my jewelry was cleaned, but continued to be rude to me even though my ring was legitimately missing a stone at their expense. she kept trying to cover the spot with her finger of where the stone was missing until i took it from her and showed the empty hole inside of the band myself, and even then examined the ring for maybe an addition 6 minutes before fully admitting they were at fault. i was told they would replace the stone with one that was similar, and upon pick up (an additional 2 hours later), it was noticed that they replaced my bright blue sapphire with an ugly DARK BROWN stone. i was tired of the arrogant and nonchalant attitude of the lady, and the male who had apparently cleaned it and lost the stone to begin with didn’t seem very sympathetic either. even though they were at fault for ruining my jewelry, no compensation was provided and the customer service was awful. picture added for reference to show it is not hard to see the stone inside of the band. if you have any jewelry that is unique and sentimental to you, i would not bring it here. you would have better chances cleaning your...

took a my ring here the same day i got it to get resized, costed over 100$, no big deal. august 14th i believe. by august 30th i could see where they had added the new piece, i knew it wasnt gonna hold on much longer. on september 2nd i hit my hand on a door and the piece they added came out. (also have had another ring do the exact same thing and didnt even have to hit it on anything to come out.) when i picked up my ring i asked them due to the last incident of this happening. the lady told me they have a year warranty. okay perfect. so i go in september 9th, to have them fix it, they immediately say it’s my fault and try to charge me ANOTHER 100$!!! now due to my ring missing a piece i have diamonds coming out and now i can’t even wear it. a ring i got from my boyfriend for my birthday and didn’t even get to wear it for a month. 0/10 do not recommend anyone to get their rings...

They went above and beyond for me when they didn’t have too! With NO hassle or excuses.

I got my replacement ring Thursday from zales took it to diamonds and more Friday. We figured out zales hadn’t actually sized my ring, and I wanted them to check to make sure everything was good on the ring.

I had my ring back sized in a little over 2 hours!!!

Oh and a warranty for the ring even though it wasn’t purchased through them!
