Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Farmington

Ordered Chicken and Pizza when it arrived I found a half eaten box of chicken. I called the store and explained someone had taken chicken out of the box. The lady on the phone tired to argue with me and explain how the chicken comes and I reiterated that I have ordered the chicken many times and there was a problem with the chicken. Pieces missing and stains on the paper and box where it had been showing it had been eaten on the way to my house. She continued to try and argue it away instead of handling the situation. Finally after must resistance she said she would replace the order. The way she handled it was very disrespectful, she needs to be retrained or find another job where she does not talk to people because obviously she cannot handle it. Also the delivery driver should be reprimanded for his or her actions for taking the food out of the delivery. They knew they had done wrong because when the replacement came they wouldn't even knock on the door. Dominos I have worked in customer service for years and this is not how you handle business. Went there for my 41st birthday with my buds (Leo,Bash,Raymond) you know the gang. We all went in and sat down and instantly felt like we were being judged by are server ( yes we were a bunch of 40 year olds wearing party hats) but still we are paying customers and have the means to pay with greens. Finally we ordered a couple of pies after waiting for what it seemed 2 hours we finally got are food, it actually was great thats the only positive thing, cause quickly after we were done they asked us to leave not giving us a reason why. What I don't understand is we were grown adults spending money, not causing any kind of disturbance or causing a problem of any kind. So what's the deal Pizza Hut ? First Lets Start with, Presentation. From 1-5 it was a 2 very dirty built up dirt on window seals, around Tables, on Carpet, Bathrooms were filled in trash receptacles, Light fixtures were also dirty, and there were only four people in store. Service was Poor at Best with Me having to ask at counter for more water, pizzas served on saucer, not from pan nor spatula, mng said they don’t serve pans nor spatula because it’s small Pizzas. And no Salad bar or no Salads, Period.
