I just spent hours in the ER with my daughter & needed to grab dinner for our family. I spent $60 & got home all the way across town to find that three of the main meals were missing. I called & was told to come back. I explained that I had a prescription to drop off for my daughter, as well as MY DINNER was going to be cold since I would have to drive back to get the other food. I spoke to a manager who had a VERY RUDE ATTITUDE and told me oh well, that I have a week to come back for my food.
I keep trying to support LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS but when this kind of garbage happens & customer service is also BAD - thats when its a problem. I can spend $100 at Si Senor or Rudolfos and get our ENTIRE MEAL and KIND SERVICE as well.
I do NOT APPRECIATE you stealing from me. At this point I paid for food I didnt receive and your employees could have cared less. It is NOT hard to be kind & when someone tells you they just spent hours at the hospital and need to get their childs medication, YOU LISTEN & REACT APPROPRIATELY and NOT with an attitude of who cares. Unacceptable on every level. I will be sharing with others as well.
Also the food we did get was incredibly oily and nothing like it used to be. What an incredible waste of money that we could have given to another local business who would have ACTUALLY...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm leaving 5 stars for the carne adovada chimichanga. Zero stars for the customer service that my husband received today. The first time I went there 5/9/2019 noon time, I had great service and the carne adovada chimichanga was perfect. It was fresh, hot, and crispy (as a chimi should be). Today I ordered the same but two, came back home and they were almost soggy. I sent my husband to go back and ask them to deep fry it again so it gets crispy as the first time I tried it. He came back and told me that the lady up front (heavyset Navajo lady) rudely told him "Next time ask for well done!" First of all, since when do we ask for chimichangas to be well done? Second of all, the products you sell should be the same every time you sell it. I don't want to come back and get a different texture everytime. Our second order that we had to request was slightly crispy but still soggy. Paying $12 for two little chimis I would expect to have it the way it came out the first time I ordered it. The only reason I came back again was because of the great service and perfect chimi, I had to come back. As much as I want to go over there again, I don't think I will. Unless the same crew is working when I visited the very first...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe were there for my husband's lunch break I was craving tacos and rice. My food was warm, my rice was a little on the hard side, I asked for beans and cheese for my daughter's kids meal and she got refried beans. The salsa was not even hot, it didn't have that kick I was expecting. Then a girl started cleaning, she wiped down tables which was fine but then she started sweeping š I understand that you guys want to have a clean restaurant and I'm all for that but it would have been nice if she waited until you had no customers to do that. Then she brought out the mop š which stunk!! It just ruined my appetite so I threw away my food (Which I still had 1 taco, rice and beans left) I told my husband let's go and we just left. I hope this is not what you guys always do when you have customers in your restaurant. Next time I'm craving tacos and might as well just go through your drive-thru and take it to go but we will see if we come back. I hope you guys can do a little better and think about your customers before you start sweeping...
