We've been eating here since opening weekend. We buy gift cards for our friends and family during the holidays. So so many orders and we ALWAYS tip 25% OR MORE for our carryout order because we liked supporting good pizza. Place my last order and I get a 'how did we do?' review email. I filled it out. 5 stars. Talked about how much we loved it. Wasn't trying to get anything. But they sent me a coupon for a free 3 chz bread with next order or regular menu item. Delivery extra. Word for word. I try to use it online and it doesn't work. So I call to place an order. I explain the coupon and I'm told that it doesn't exist. I was super polite. I didn't understand and read it to her. She again said no. I LITERALLY SAID 'apologies, I'm not upset but can I speak with a manager because I want to place and order but I want to use the thank you coupon that you guys sent me that says Farmington Location'. I was placed on hold. Told it would be a couple minutes. After an 8 minute hold, she comes back and says it's not possible. I still was polite. I asked if I could talk to her and I'm told "no, she's busy, I'm just the middle man", mins you I understand. I kinda chuckled and said I understand, that's why I was wanting to talk to her to understand why I can't use it (again, with a smile the whole time) and I kid you not I was told 'i don't know what to tell you'. So I said no thank you I don't want to order anymore. Who would after being talked to like that. But to them call back and say 'you convinced the manager to allow it because you didn't know it was that serious' lolol. Pass. Food is great but not the people, I guess. Worst thank you coupon I've received lol. Not gonna trust that attitude with my food, unfortunately. Too many years in the restaurant business. Which is a bummer. Can't imagine how many orders I've placed over the years....

We recently moved to the area and have been trying various pizza places. Today I decided to stop here, since it’s very close to my workplace. The order taker was very pleasant and suggested a deal that included the items I was interested in. She didn’t balk when I made modifications to the usual way each item was prepared. I was told the order would take 15 minutes. I thought to myself, “Yah, I’m sure that’s what they tell everyone.” Not only was it done within the allotted time, but I’m quite sure was done a few minutes early and every single special request I’d made was done right. I took it home where I knew everything would be scrutinized by three picky eaters. Every item passed with flying colors! The pizza had ample sauce, the crust was good, and the toppings were tasty. The salad was fresh and we were amazed by the amount of dressing we were given (we usually have to skimp to have enough for each of us).
