Visiting from out of town, ordered a pizza for contactless delivery as my husband and I are trying to remain as safe as possible in this pandemic! We wore masks in the car as to not risk harming people who are working making our food, etc. We saw through the windows when we pulled up that two people working with food were not masked. A young man came outside for payment without our pizza, he did have a mask on but was wearing it below his nose. I politely asked him to put his mask up over his nose and he did. He asked for payment which I promptly gave him. He walked away into the store & came back out with the pizza but no change. I took the pizza and he went back in the store to get my change. When he returned, his mask was again below his nose & I asked him again politely to put it up & he just stood there not responding. I asked again & he said, "I am standing right here" and tried to give me the change. I rolled my window all the way up & pointed to his mask. He walked away back into the store with my change which was over $50.00. I saw him talking to two others in the store and waited 5 mins until a lovely young woman came out with my change and a mask fully in place. I gave her a nice tip. When we got back to our hotel room, opened the box to eat our Christmas Eve dinner we found that the pizza was not even fully cooked! It was the worst pizza I have ever had. One large pizza with 3 toppings cost over $22.00 and it wasn't even fully cooked. I will not return to...
Read moreI wanted to give the Farmville Pizza Hut a fair chance but three managers have failed to bring it up to snuff in less than three years. They have consistently failed to produce a satisfactory product for their price and supposed premium market. My final order consisted of cheesesticks that were not even fully covered in cheese and came with the wrong sauce. A stuffed crust pizza that was burnt, which is plainly unacceptable and easily noticed out of the oven but clearly the person working that station did not care. And a handtossed pizza which was clearly stale as the crust was basically now a thin, and tough to chew. The cheese, sauce and topping were only spread about 70% of the way to the edge leaving far too much stale, tough, crackly crust to enjoy. And the icing on this cake was that NONE of these items had been cut! Now to say this was a bad experience is obvious, but for clarity, I have already spoken the a manager and sent a poor customer survey once before and a less than stellar survey again later. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite chain, but this store does not perform. I can't justify paying the premium price for Pizza Hut, and definitely not the 3.99 delivery fee anymore for less quality than I get from the...
Read moreI ordered online. I understand that it takes longer thanks to covid right now, but my order took twice the estimated time for delivery and when I got my food it was quite burned. Half the pizza is essentially char. Plus the mini shaker things we don't even get to keep. I had to return it to the very nice delivery lady (the only good part about my experience was how nice she was). Why was i able to buy two of them if I only got 5 cents worth of crushed red pepper out of it? Maybe explain that part instead, you know that we aren't actually buying a product from you, just what amounts to less than a free packet of crushed red pepper.
Update: I recieved an email from Pizza Hut headquarters apologizing and giving me a free pizza. I don't want a free pizza from you guys. I don't want to give you guys any more business. I would like a refund for my order because I didn't get anything close to what I paid for and actually feel as though your business is conducting some sort of fraud by selling products but not delivering them. I will contact the BBB for you to let them...
