Review: I recently had an unfortunate experience at Domino's Pizza that left me dissatisfied and unwilling to return. The tots I ordered were disappointingly burnt, which greatly impacted their taste and enjoyment. It was disheartening to receive a subpar side dish that did not meet my expectations.

Sent my husband to pick up my order I placed online and one of the items was a philly cheese steak sandwhich with no onions or mushrooms. He come's home with a sandwhich loaded of mushroom and onions and no philly meat period on the sandwhich. How in the hell do you manage to mess up that bad on a order. Called and they said I could pick up a replacement sandwhich but that would be another 30 mins after round trip before I could eat. I don't know what it is about this dominos but they consistently mess up our order or leave something out. They have forgotten our sauces more than 3 or 4 times so eventually we had to keep reminding them. We called and complained and they gave us a free 60 cent sauce on our next order (big whoop) and they didn't seem apologetic at all. Then, they gave us a sausage and bacon pizza when we ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza. So, I called about that and the guy literally said, "Sorry, what do you want me to do about that?"
