As a former shift leader of this location, I was fine with the former general manager Amanda. When they switch to Sierra it was all about the money and numbers and not about the customers and service. I was happy with being a manager and pleasing customers. And when they changed focus, I was unhappy working at McDonald's and took a step back away from being a manager and just became a regular crew member. General Manager Sierra was always an hour late and yells at staff for not having things ready (can't have things ready when the boss is always late to help or having staffing issues). Turnover was high. When I work the back register I get yelled at if a car takes more than 30 secs and then switch positions throwing me into other chaos and not knowing where I am at because of all the switching of positions. I was release because I over slept a shift and thought I was off the next day (but wasn't). Wanted me to pay back cash shortages, but with all the switching of positions how can I be blame for cash shortages if they don't take the time to change the cash drawers. Love the job at first until the change of focus and management. Also inconsistent on the lobby opening, tried to go in at 6:45pm and the lobby was locked. Read moreThis place was discussing and the staff was rude and disrespectful to the customer and even the manager . I proceeded to the drive thru to get my food with one one car ahead of me and they handed my order to the only car ahead of me and that person opened all the food and then told the window employee that it was the wrong order and then that employee turned around and tried handing me the same bag bc of their mistake .( yuck ) So I proceeded to ask for a new order as that one had been gone thru by someone else . The employee and manager looked at me like I was crazy and did not want to make right for their mistake until I said I was going to call their cooperate office . Then I went inside to make sure I got a fresh order and seen even more discussing stuff they were just dropping food on the table and wrapping it after they finish assembling the order . This place should not be able to serve the public like this and employees should learn safety procedures and follow them . And manger and employees need to respect customer for them not doing their job right .

Read moreLast night around 11:00 pm we stopped to purchase food and when we approached the drive thru to order, we were told that because the restaurant closes in an hour they are not making anymore quarter pounders.for the night.
This should have been a red flag. Then we tried to order a double cheeseburger and was provided with the same response. We changed our order to 3 cheeseburgers, large fries and sweet tea. The cheeseburgers were not edible, they were old and dry with bread that was hard, dry hard mustard and raw onions that were stuck to the bread, the French fries were cold, we had to throughout this entire meal.
If you are not going to provide customers with quality food an hour before you close, then close the store early. It’s not acceptable for people to purchase bad food that could potentially make people very sick needing to seek emergency...
