Sabrina the general manager at this Arby’s is a horrible horrible person I called to let them know that we waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes before we got our food and they forgot some of the food so I called in and let them know that they could do better. I didn’t ask for anything free or anything else all I said was they could do better and she told me That I was a horrible person and then I attacked her over the phone by saying that and that it was degrading, then I went in after she hang up on me and she told me that she was gonna call the cops because at the time I didn’t know she was the general manager of this particular Arby’s and so I asked for the store manager‘s name or the district manager‘s name And she refused and told me that she was just gonna call the cops and that she wouldn’t help me, although she had no idea who I was, and that she felt unsafe of course the entire time she hit in the back of the store and there was nobody basically in the store when I went in The entire time, she never even asked what the problem was when all she really had to say all I was really looking for was for her to say I’m sorry we could do better next time. Read moreTwice I have visited this Arby's and at the same time. I came at 725 pm Friday and Saturday because I work near by and it's on the way home. Friday I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes and when I got to the speaker to order they said we're closed. Saturday night decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and this time sat there for 10 minute when a few cars up the guy got out to go tap on the window because they hadn't responded in some time apparently long before I got there. They ignored him. So all the cars pulled through as we did the speaker said we are closed. When we drove by the window employees were inside laughing. I get Covid caused issues with less workers but to be purposely mean and make people wait for now reason is awful. I will never go back. I would rather drive an extra 2 miles for better service and a place that actually closes when it should not 25 minutes before and make people sit and wait and laugh about it. Don't open your Arby's and give it a time to close if your not going to honor it. The only other time I have been to this Arby's you were out of crinkle fries and diet Dr pepper. 3 strikes never again. Mcdonalds got all your business both...
Read moreWent today to 'our' Arby's to try the new buffalo/hot honey nugget and the best kind of 'celery' special. We were pleased to see it's also available as a 9 piece. Ordered a 6pc Buff and a 9pc HH. Our Arby's like many other businesses is short staffed and the lobby has been closed every time we go for quite some time. The drive thru is SLOW but we like Arby's and this is our local store so we know what to expect. Loved the nuggets but, my 9 was only a 7 and we were missing one of the fries. We know better than to leave without checking but we didn't want to hold up the line so we pulled into the lot. Since lobby's closed that meant back through the DT. After another wait we got to the window and started to explain. My review was one star at this point but Alicia (sp?) came up and asked what the problem was. She apologized and offered to replace our order. I was an Area Super for McD's at one point and appreciated her offer. I told her it wasn't necessary, just the fry and 2 nuggets. She insisted and asked us if we would mind parking for fresh. Because of her spot on recovery my review is now a 4. Thanks for doing the right thing to keep customers...
