Arby's — Restaurant in Fayette Township

I was with my girlfriend and my little brother (from Tennessee)and his wife. First they wouldn't make a sandwich that we wanted. Then said it would be 6 minutes on two sandwiches and 7 minutes on a piece of pie. We waited about 25-30 minutes on our food. And they still didn't have one of the sandwiches. Said that they handed it out of the drive thru window. We waited another 15 minutes to get that. While we were sitting eating and talking,the employees turned out all of the lights on us. If it was closing time, I would appreciate it if someone would just come over and inform us. That was really rude of them. As everyone knows the food cost has went way up in the first place. So I think a business would appreciate the customers and try to keep them happy so that they will come back again. This experience was very bad for me and my family. What happened? I use to love this place but I was just met with such hostility for simply ordering something that had a 5 minute wait. Then, they forgot to give me what I was waiting on. All the while acting really rude. Even talking about me, in front of me, to someone else. Basically trying to confirm if I was lying or not about my order.. From the ray of sunshine that corrected me while ordering and didn't let me finish a sentence before talking over me to the guy sweating profusely while making the food, wiping his forehead with his hands. this did it for me. 1 star Arby's. Lots of problems hear when I pull up to order their was employees hanging out in the cut smoking. After I order I have to wait Almost 10 minutes after being told it will be out in five they forgot my one of my sandwiches I call and the manager tells me she will remake me my sandwich I told her I was going to Ironton I will pick it up on my way back get there to pick up my sandwich management is now hanging out outside the person taking orders had to go get them and then they serve me a cold classic roast beef and cheddar it was so cold it's like they got it out of the fridge and put it on my sandwich.
