McDonald's — Restaurant in Fayette Township

On 05/19/23 my mother and I went to McDonald’s. Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels (no folded egg, extra breakfast sauce), 4 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, and 2 large French vanilla iced coffee (extra vanilla) and a large coke. My bagels had zero breakfast sauce and the coffees had no extra vanilla. So we called and the manager Chris told us to come in tomorrow morning and they’ll replace it, and told us he wrote my mothers name in the book. Well, today 05/20/23 at 10:05, our coffee’s still wasn’t made right, and everything that was wrong yesterday was still wrong. The manager Vanessa was extremely rude about this situation and to the worker who was asking her about our names in the book. We gave up and just accepted the fact that nothing right will be done. I usually don’t complain but...

This is the first McDonald's in a 30 mile radius to get more than a 1 Star from me. They were very busy and got my order correct. I wasn't going to go here but my kids wanted kids meals so I gave it a chance. My quarter pounder was very delicious (I usually dislike McDonald's food taste). I can honestly say that they didn't skimp out on the condiments either. They were generous. I can't stand when I place a 25 dollar order and get 3 packs of ketchup. They gave us enough for everyone's meal. Great job, I will pass the closer McDonald's to eat at this one from now on. Keep up...

Sorry but after yesterday my family will never get food from there...we ordered food from .i gave the lady a 5o dolar bill.and my stuff only came to I think q5 something ..well when we got where we needed to go we looked at the change and there was only 4 dollars...they tried to rip us off out of 35 dollars...well honestly the food wasn't all that great the cheeseburgs was kinda dry and the fries were cold and nuggets were yuck....I don't know what happen with these restaurants...seems lime since covid hit people just don't care how they do the...
