So its hit or miss at this location for me. Sometimes they are fast and order is correct. Other times, like the last time i waited forever in the drive-thru. Understandable, lota of places short on help and it was at a busy time 5:30pm. I order about $30 worth of food for the family. As ive already ordered, i get to the window and after getting my food, i said u forgot the orange cream shake. She says sorry there out. I said but u charged me for it and were just gonna let me drive off? I said ill take a vanilla shake instead. Sorry she says, the machine is broken. So ur not really out of the orange shake, ur machine is broken. I said ill just take another medium coke. I got that. Then i picked up a mozzarella stick and it was straight rubber. All 6 of them. They def have been sitting under the heat lamp to long. I also know they are not supposed to pre make mozz sticks, for this exact reason. They should always be dropped fresh. Then i check the beef and cheddar sandwich that i ordered with “NO” arby sauce on it. Yea, it had arby sauce on it. The thing with the mozz sticks has happened a few times to me. Guess I need to say “i want those fresh” when i say my order. And not a huge deal but i also ordered a cheese/cheddar cup. Think its like .65 cents roughly. It was not in the bag. I filled out the feedback survey, but Arby’s has not contacted me about it yet by phone or email. A man in the food prep area interacted with me, Insinuating that I was acting rude for saying “Excuse me” loud enough the second time to get someone’s attention after waiting at the counter for about 2 minutes as a couple of ladies behind the counter did not acknowledge me waiting. (One, I believe was management, as she seemed to be telling others what to do.) All that just to dare to ask for ketchup for my meal. I know the difference between sincerity and sarcasm. Read moreArby's is definitely one of my favorite fast food chains. They're much more professional and well run than most chains. The items on the menu are slightly higher than other places you'll stop at but it's so worth the extra money you spend and more! Every single employee and manager I've ever come into contact with have been beyond considerate and super helpful and accomodating. They are always greeting customers with smiles and are knowledgeable about what they serve, which says a ton for management and corporate for instilling proper solid training in any new hires they train! I've visited all the closest locations to me locally and I can say this review truly applies to ALL. They offer several different healthy and tasty food as well as great customer service, so I will go there frequently and refer others as well ....
