My family was visiting from out of town, we had never been to BW so we decided to try it since we were in the area. We had a party of 6, and our Tab was well over 100 dollars. The reviews were amazing so I thought we would love it. However we were let down. We waited 30 mins, and when we got to our table, the server told us that we could "push the tables together ourselves"...Then they took our drink order, we had 1 bloody Mary, 1 blue moon, 1 dr pepper, 1 sweet tea, 2 diet cokes, and 2 waters. She brought out the beer, and everything else was dr pepper, and no water and a sweet tea, then the bar tender had to come ask about the bloody Mary. When we ordered our food I asked for a gluten free menu, and she told me that I could look it up online, when I ordered from the online menu she told me that they didn't serve that there so I had to figure out what it might have been and pray there was no allergic reaction, it took forever to come out, and once it did come out, my sons Broccoli was cold and not cooked, the BBQ was all over over the side of my plate as if the food was scrapped onto or off of the plate, my sons steak was over cooked, and more importantly there was no forks. I asked the server a second time for my water and straws and forks. She came back out and told me that they had no forks they would have to wash them and bring them out, there were no cups so she would have to find a cup for my water, and there were no straws or napkins. She finally brought me a cup of water in a plastic cup, salad forks that were FREEZING cold to go along with our now cold food, and found some napkins for us. I also asked for my son who has autism's food to be plain and it came out fully loaded with everything that will send him over the edge because he doesn't like the texture of it. It was AWFUL. We visited Saturday night, November 12th, 2022 at about 6pm. The door said there was an event at 8:45 so they would close early. I'm not sure if that's why there were no forks, knives, or spoons, glasses, coke, or anything else. But it was 100% unacceptable. We were charged for drinks we didn't order, the food we paid for was cold by the time we had a way to eat it. I cannot believe we had the service we did. I also reached out to Customer Service and waited over a month and no one has responded...
Read moreMet some friends here for happy hour today. When I first sat down at the bar I asked what the Boulevard beer was that I saw on tap and was told that it was the Wheat, but the bartender offered that there was also Tank 7 from Boulevard on tap. That’s a rather uncommon beer to have on tap so it peaked my interest. I asked if that was also included in happy hour pricing and she said they are all on happy hour. Well two beers and an hour or so later when I was ready to tab out the bartender told me that her manager told her that Tank 7 was NOT on happy hour after all and offered me a gift certificate for a free or discounted appetizer which I declined because I wasn’t interested in an appetizer. She brought me my bill and it was just over twenty dollars for two beers. Obviously I was expecting much less. I complained about the fact that I didn’t think it was fair to pay that amount because it was their mistake not mine and she told asked me if I wanted to talk to her manager. I didn’t think I should have to negotiate the price when after all they admittedly told me the beer I agreed to was on happy hour pricing.
Regardless I paid full price for my two beers and then talked to my friends about how crazy the whole thing was and how I would never bring business there if that is their stance on customer service when the bartender told me I was making a scene and that I should leave. I’m not sure how it could be a scene when the person I was talking to was two barstools down from me and he could barely hear me.
Honestly, this whole thing is not worth my time but the absolute nerve of a bartender and manager doing business this way is beyond my ability to silently ignore. It goes without saying that I will continue my business elsewhere in town owned by local businesses owners who actually care about their relationships with...
Read moreEDIT: Got our gift certificates for $40 and was able to go back tonight this time with our girls (7&6) kids LOVED thier food. I got a steak and it was great. Asked for well done and was a lil pink but was do able for me. Loaded smashed potatoes where amazing too. Hubby got the ribs and said they where really good. Glad we got a second chance to retry this place. EDIT: Im change my 1 star to a 2 star (for now) I called and spoke with the regional manager Heather today and she apologized for what happened last night and reassured me that they took care of the problem. They are also going to send a gift card so we can go back and try again. Will see how much the gift card is for then it arrives and what we think of the business when we go back. Will update again later. DO NOT GO!! You will spend most your time waiting on your server. My husband and I sat down ordered a beer each and glass of water. Told our waitress we needed a min to ordered. 20 mins later she still hasn't come back to see if we are ready. We have to ask the front to find her for us. She then comes out and takes our order which at that time we ask for 2 more beers. 5 mins later she walks out (empty handed) see me, turns around and goes back in. 5 more mins later we see her standing around talking with another waitress (who seemed to be doing her job) at that point we just walk out. It should not take 10+ mins to get a beer or 30+ mins to get dinner. First time trying this place and will...
