STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!Yesterday Wednesday September the 20th 2023 I visited this Bojangles restaurant. This was my 1st time here and went because I have my brand new car details and wanted to buy breakfast for the crew that detailed my car. I pulled up to the drive thru made my order of 4 chicken biscuits, 2 sausage biscuit & 2 sweet teas. The lady who took my order asked me 3 times for the order and then a male came on and started taking the order and he said 4 chicken biscuits and 1 sausage biscuit. I said no 2 sausage biscuits and 2 sweet teas. Pulled to the window was charged $16 looked in the bag had 4 sandwiches no drinks & advised the lady the order was not right, I ordered a total of 6 sandwiches the man came to the door and started telling me he took my order and you said no 2 sausage biscuits and I said yes 4 chicken biscuits and 2 sausage biscuits and 2 sweet teas is what i told you all 4 times at the speaker. He told the girl to ring me up for 3 more biscuits which was an additional $16 at that time I asked why it was so much when I had already paid $16 for the 1st wrong order. The girl started rolling her eyes he came back to the window and said it's 4.79 per biscuits. I gave my card again the girl gave it back, gave me my 1st drink the whole time rolling her eyes and when giving me the 2nd drink I was telling her that she looked so annoyed but I was confused as to why when I was asking about my order and the price..she dropped the cup into my hand it broke spilling tea inside my brand new, newly detailed car, on my samsung watch, on mybpants and slippers..im so glad i was wearing black...I got extremly upset pulled off , went back to the detail place, gave the food to the guys, they cleaned up my car again, i went back to the restaurant to speak to the same guy that came to the window about happemed, the attitude from the girl, the cup and the sweet tea spilling inside of my brand new details car all iver me, the order still being wrong ony 4 sandwiches. That the service was so tastless that i didnt want the other sandwiches or a refund that the food wasnt even for me...He started trying to explain i gave him the wrong order..I told him no, he wasnt listening and even when I got to the window and he came he had an attitude, the girl had an extremely nasty attitude, this was my 1st time at this restaurant which will be my last. I asked for his name, he gave that as Ronald Woodard and the girl with the nasty attitude as Diacha Crock. I told him that I had never experienced such terrible service in my entire life and as a business owner I understand that customer service is so important. I became even more escalated talking to him and advised if I werent a business owner..i definitely would have come back there behind the counter to deal with that girl at the window because she is extremely rude has no customer service and shouldn't be at the window taking orders. I asked for the name of the general manager information and he advised that he could not give that information out but that he would take my name and number and pass it on and I told him I would not leave my information as I feel he wouldn't pass it on..So I decided to leave this review, I'll go on Bojangles website to leave my experience and I'm going to Google this owner. This Bojangles experience was...
Read moreThis evening I took my mom and son out to eat. Mind you, my son doesn’t care too much for this place and I insisted we go instead of Wendy’s (his choice). We order our food, and sit down. Waited 15 min at least (no big deal, I’m very patient). Once our food got to the table my fries were cold and my sandwich didn’t feel hot either. My moms food came out hot right after mine. My food still.. cold fries, no big deal to me. Then, a bite into my sandwich. RAW CHICKEN! I politely, quietly take my raw chicken sandwich up to the front and walked back to my seat. He shows his manager, no one ask if they can remove that from my ticket, maybe offer a discount, we’re sorry... something! Then the wait began all over again. My mom finished her food, my son hardly touching his from disgust with mine. Carrying on, so the cashier starts cleaning off tables.. he ask “wow, you’re still waiting on that sandwich? Let me go take a look and check on it”.... ummm, okay.., so a few more minutes pass and the manager goes and sits down for her break and plate full of food... me hoping her chicken was cooked better than her customers chicken. Once the cashier returned to my table with my food he said “I’m so sorry, no one made your sandwich. I had to make it, sorry if it looks sloppy.” MY JAW DROPPED!! So I decided to leave, I’m a loud person. Didn’t want to ruin anyone’s dinner. Once I got in the car, headed home.. I couldn’t help but to give that manager a little advice. She started talking over me on the phone saying my chicken wasn’t raw, it was pepper (my mom had the same meal, chicken isn’t pink- hers wasn’t). The manager just kept talking over me and raising her voice, justifying any ground she could. I was shocked! Not a sorry, what can I do. I had to tell her to say sorry, and give her pointers for future customer experience. This building opened recently, creating jobs in the Fayetteville area, to fail so soon would be such a shame. It was just such an awful experience. What if my son ate raw chicken? What if that landed him needing medical attention? I’m a single mom, for all I know I could wake up tomorrow sick. Food poisoning can be deadly. I would NEVER eat from this place ever again. Training with cooking is a decent place for this company to start with. Discusting, 🤢!
Never, ever put yourself before your customer. Never eat in front of your customer that just stomached raw chicken, and the situation isn’t resolved. Don’t talk and mingle on clock time when customers need attention. Don’t forget that jobs shouldn’t be taken for granted. & don’t forget your customer is why you have a paycheck. I spent over $20, to stomach raw chicken so you can afford to sit down and eat a hot meal...
Read moreMy wife and I moved to GA from NC a little less than a year ago. We love Bo’s and eat there once a week as our cheat meal. In NC it was Tuesday’s, in GA we picked Sunday’s because we live in PTC and Fayetteville is the closest Bojangles’. The GA Bojangles’ as a whole are much lower quality than NC. Cold food, under cooked chicken at times, mixed up orders. This Bojangles’ in particular has decided that 10 French fries is an appropriate serving size no matter if you get the individual or large. Last week they they made the decision that I wouldn’t be waiting for fresh fries so they dropped me 7 cold, burnt ones and one bo round so it didn’t look like they gave me nothing. We check the bags before we leave the parking lot but don’t count out our fries, we give people the benefit of the doubt and keep it moving. The last few times we have gotten home we’ve realized we didn’t get enough fries for one of us between our two orders. I’ve called the manager to make him aware and he’s always been friendly, saying he’s sorry, and he’d be happy to give us a free fry upon our return. Kind of beside the point when you use the drive thru. I was hoping just calling to let them know what was going on would help others not have to experience the same disappointment, but now that it’s repeatedly happened to us I figured it would be appropriate to leave a review. You can do better Bojangles’! We will be taking our business to the Newnan location from now on but hopefully this helps others in the future. Triple check your order...
