The five stars is because of Sharon. She is ALWAYS so friendly and tries her hardest to give good service. I never see anyone helping her in the front which is a shame. I hope the owners know how blessed they are to have such a kind worker. Thank you, Sharon! As long as you work here, my family will always choose Royal Stix.
Edit in response to the owners: I left the five stars and stated it was specifically for Sharon due to reviews I've seen that are saying she moves too slowly. I understand times are tough for the restaurant industry which is why I was giving Sharon her recognition for trying her best. It does not sit well with me that instead of just being thankful for a five star review, which reflects well on your restaurant as a whole, you felt the need to snidely say "all your employees deserve five stars." While I'm sure that's true, how about you show appreciation to your employees by giving them raises and more assistance?

First time I came for the first time and spent over $50.00 spent over $50.26 today didn’t even know there were coupons available and they weren’t offered either by the hostess at the front desk. We placed an order I then added chicken egg rolls to the order the order was brought out. I then had to ask them did they put the sweet and sour sauce in the bag that was stapled told oh no here it is. I didn’t go in the stapled bag. After driving 30 minutes back home to only see my egg rolls weren’t in the bag. I called back up there and was told by Scott yeah there seating here no apology whatsoever I proceeded to ask him how come we weren’t offered to use the coupon attached to the bag he said u didn’t ask for the $10 off then he hung up.
