Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Corporate help this restaurant!!! To be brand new, this should be an embarrassment to come back like this!! This is my Chick-fil-A. It’s in my neighborhood is where I go every morning and I have tried to give this a chance three times. Every time I go, the fries are never salted& cold and my food is always cold. My nuggets are barely room temperature. The kids at Chick-fil-A are too busy talking and not working every time I come in the wait is longer than usual for Chick-fil-A granted but it’s bad enough that the food doesn’t taste the same that when you get it it’s not prepared correctly. It’s cold. It’s bland. It’s unsalted. The customer service has gone down. I’m really getting worried because I love Chick-fil-A and this is in my neighborhood please somebody rein it in over here!!! And the restaurant looks so gross and nasty through those doors. You would at least think they’d keep it clean knowing that our eyes are on it drive-through is gross. Never have I ever seen a Chick-fil-A like this...

I really have no complaints about the food - always up to Chick Fila standards - I absolutely hate when they are "out of the box" a person taking the orders before the normal order place - last week there were two of them (and then you feed into one line which is always a mess!) I told her i had a coupon for a free milkshake and I also wanted a large cup of ice - five cars went by as she was attempting to take my order I ordered pushing the ipad and then she looked up and said How are you paying? Hello I have a free coupon and she said just go to the window - when I got to the window they told me "We don;t think we got your milkshake right!" Really? milkshake and a large cup of ice - I just took whatever flavor it was and told them they needed some help in the parking lot! The two lanes and "out of the box" ordering folks IS NOT...

Love this location they are always on point and super sweet. Great staff and great food.

Edit: This location is usually great. Unfortunately, tonight was not. I ordered large fries with no salt. I got a barely even close to full fry. I complained and was given a fry with maybe 1 extra fry in it and they were soggy asked for fresh and maybe 60 seconds later given what they claimed were fresh that in the end tasted like they were redipped in the oil and the fry was still not full like they used to do. In the end, I felt like I wasted my time and money for fries that were more like a medium for the price of a large and old and salty. If I had the time, I may have tried to talk to someone else, but my meeting was already starting, and I had to leave. Very...
