My mother and I just left this location at 9:27 pm. I ordered a drink and at the time It was slow and they forgot to make my drink after I ordered. In total it took 10 minutes for me to get my drink and I was the only order and there were only 3 people working. We were rushed at 9:11pm to leave in 15 minutes. Then the older white lady who I assume is the manager told everyone to leave. The Starbucks is suppose to close at 10pm. It would have been nice to stay until closing time and not feel rushed to get out. A proper and professional tone would go a long way. As we were outside the same older white lady locked the door behind us and another group of ladies. She reopened the door and yelled at a car pulling into the drive thru to order a drink, " Go away! Read moreI went to this location today, and was picking up an online order. The Asian lady with the 2 ponytails waited on me. She told me my order wasn't ready, which was a lie. She looked behind her and saw my order on the counter. She only needed to put it in a bag. Two Caucasian customers came in after me, and she called them by their names. She swiftly waited on them, and they received their orders quickly. They got their stuff before me. I was standing there waiting over 15 minutes. I asked someone else about my order, which was still on the counter. She said yes it was my order. She bagged it up for me and apologized. I could have left awhile ago, but the Asian lady obviously didn't feel my order was a priority. I thought what was in my mouth?!?! I spit it out & a whole entire fly came out my mouth on my napkin!!! Vomited...and I can't get that feeling of the fly rolling on my tongue. I'm so disgusted! I will make my own ice coffee, and suggest you do too. These places are not clean. They don't have things in place to minimize bugs and the staff are not being clean. $4+ for a drink with a fly.
