I had an awful experience picking up my daughters food at window. Me and my three-year-old daughter was at drive through and as the foreign lady passes me the food, I immediately check the bag and noticed her chicken strips was fresh, so fresh I couldnât hold in my hands very long and as I reach for her fries they are like room temperate. Itâs already hard to feed her what she likes. The fries are the first thing she goes for. We donât live far at all, but by the time we get home her fries would be no good to eat. I asked the lady if she could give us some fresh fries. She claims they just came up. If the fries just came up they would be extremely hot. âNo maâam they did not I know the difference. Can you give fresh fries pleaseâ. She takes the fries back and puts the same fries I just touched back into the fryer and tries to give them back. No maâam. You keep it. As we go back and forth I asked for my difference back for not taking the fries she gave me $1 cash back (I paid with credit). I drive off and realizes she never gave me my daughters ice cream that comes with her meal. At this point I have to go and take care of my husband that have Covid, so I definitely have to go. I donât ever want to go back to that location, Iâve had better experiences elsewhere. I went down to sit with my kids because I understand they have to Prepare my order, after a few minutes, I went back up to the counter and I seen my 2 slushies sitting there looking LOOSE AF lol but whatever, I had 3 drinks and my 3rd drink was just a cup sitting.. I asked was that my cup, she said yes, but I know that there were other customers standing there ordering their food, I politely asked for another cup, b/c it was just sitting there unattended.. the "cashier" got mad like she made the cups, b/c she didn't wanna give me another cup, she said, "I just sat it there" .. I responded, When? When I was sitting down!!?? It was unattended, two ppl ordered after me, ppl cough and sneeze and there's STILL VIRUSES OUT HERE.. while my cup was just sitting there.. She walked away with a attitude and bad energy shaking her head like she was disgusted!! Smh

We always seem to bring business wherever we go, but the only way to accomplish with no problems is to take your time but be quick in a way in order to complete the customers orders and transactions is one customer at a time. I use to be an assistant manager at a fast food and I had customers telling me how they can't come there when it is my day off because no one else seems to make their order correct to the point that they stopped going to that particular store because I no longer worked at that location. Other than that the food was delicious. The customer service was pretty good. The problem we had was that after taking my money I wasn't given my change nor a receipt for my order. They wanted us to pull forward so they could continue with the line of vehicles. I informed about my change and was informed that the food and change will be brought to me. Ok no problem. Well I got my change with no receipt đ§Ÿ. Then once we got home and was giving my family their food one of the orders I got was missing another burger patty. So I spent almost $60 and still my order was wrong. Yes one order was wrong, but still I paid for that beef patty and didn't get it. Also didn't have a receipt to even show that I ordered a double cheeseburger đ. Also I ordered extra country gravy and there was several of them seemed to be watery and lack of the country...
