Thursday this week. Order a pizza and cheesy bread bc I’m tired and don’t want to cook. Estimated time of delivery is about 100 min. No problem. Wait two hours and the pizza tracker hadn’t moved to even made. So I call, wait 10 min on hold, manager tells me that they had some people quit and that they were delayed four hours. I felt bad, I’ve worked food service, so I say no problem and she tells me it will be delivered within an hour. (Why not call the online orders though about the wait?! I would have just gotten a frozen pizza and asked for a refund...)I watch the tracker and the pizza gets made and sits for over an hour. So I call again, she says sorry, and I ask to go pick up the pizza. She said that they would remake it so it’s fresh and would be ready in twenty minutes. I go pick it up and the poor teenager behind the counter is so overwhelmed. She couldn’t find the order for about ten minutes. I told her to take her time but I thought it was unprofessional and unfair of the manager (Angela) to have a teenager dealing with this debacle instead of handling it herself. No one refunded me the delivery fee either. And the pizza had not been recooked. Read moreThis was yall last time offering poor service today. First, I always tip yall ($10 upwards even on pick up orders where yall have to do NOTHING) but today? Absolutely took the cake! I arrived and attempted to enter but the door didn’t let me in a white male on shift looked at me and then looked away. So I wait like “ok maybe the lobby is closed I’ll wait”. After about 5 minutes a black woman with a very short Afro/ small amount of hair approaches the lobby walks up and pushes the door towards me and says “it’s been unlocked” I said “Well, no, cause it didn’t unlock and I tried twice and knocked twice” both times I was stared in my face by the white male! White male comes to counter and says “here is your order, sorry about that”. You both aren’t sorry about nothing. That was weird. The female who actually opened the door after spawning from the back which tells me she had been watching the entire thing. Video is going to corporate of the entire interaction. Read moreOur first online order; the process went well enough; my wife was there before the order was submitted... she said it did not take that long for the order to get cooked and provided to her. They were very nice and helpful. The descriptions had me a bit confused between the choices of sauces for the chicken dishes... HOT, Habanero, and BBQ doesn't tell me much. BBQ comes in very spicy versions... does this version have any pepper or spice at all...? Is it possible to get an order without any sauce to let us put our own level of spice on it ourselves... homemade or otherwise...? There isn't any choice for "none." All versions of your chicken wings show the same image... Do all of the chicken wing dishes look the same...? "Plain" shows the same image as all the others with the same caption... What sauce comes on the plain and mild wings... The images shows:
"Marinated and oven-baked and then sauced with your choice of Hot, Sweet Mango Habanero or BBQ Sauce."
Not quite the initial online ordering experience I expected... Let me know when you get it fixed...
