⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing experience from start to finish
Ordered online at 8:15 PM with an ETA of 35 minutes. Around 9:00 PM, my wife checked the app and it said the order had “just come out of the oven.” At 9:26 PM, I called the store to check the status, went through all the prompts, and sat on hold listening to endless promotions. While still on hold, I decided to drive to the store.
When I walked in, the phones weren’t ringing at all. There were only two employees—one rushing to make pizzas, tossing toppings around so fast they were scattered all over the counters and floor. The other, an older lady boxing pizzas, asked, “Can I help you?” I told her I was there to pick up a delivery order. She took my address, found my order in a stack of 15–20 boxes, and casually asked if I wanted a bag for my 2-liter Coke. Then she pointed to a cooler, implying I should grab it myself. I took the bag, grabbed my Coke, and left. No apology, no thank you, not even basic acknowledgment—just indifference.
On my 3-minute drive home, my wife texted that the Domino’s app now said “Tony is on the way with your order.” I walked in with the pizza in hand and opened the box to find it cold, undercooked, with barely any cheese and maybe three pepperoni slices total. The crust was doughy and unfinished.
As I write this—nearly four hours after placing the order—the app still says Tony is on his way.
This lack of basic customer service has sadly become all too common. We’re charged a delivery fee, forced to tip before seeing any service, and left disappointed. It seems Domino’s no longer stands behind its product or its...
Read moreOver the last like month and a half, this location of Dominoes has continuously performed way below expectations. First, they had a delivery person mark an order delivered that we never received. Took a week to get a refund. Then, against my approval, the household decides they want to try it again. For myself, I ordered pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese. There is construction going on in our neighborhood, so we ALWAYS include instructions. Nobody ever follows them. But, the pizza itself, you'd expect not to see the bare crust where the toppings are, especially if you paid for extra cheese, but i was wrong. You could see down to the bare crust in a lot of places on the pizza towards the middle of the pizza, which demonstrates a lack of doing the basics of making a pizza. But, because the cheesy bread was good, my family decided again about a week ago to order again. I made a promise that if my food came out bad again I would not be contributing to orders from Dominoes ever again, and guess what? They trashed it again, ever worse than the last time. (Same order for me, medium pep and sausage with extra cheese) there was barely any cheese to even pull, the base or crust of the pizza was showing again (not around the edge, but in middle of the pizza. Not dough bubbles) I will keep my promise and avoid ordering from this location moving forward. I want what I pay for and this barely hit or miss stuff isn't...
Read moreWe order from this location about once a week, and I've had very few issues. A couple of delivery misunderstandings and a few times that my gluten free pizza wasn't completely cooked, but honestly, its really hard to get those stupid little gf crusts just right. It's almost impossible to both not burn the crust and also get the toppings cooked just right. But they get it right almost every time, so I call that a win overall. They are short-staffed these days, so they've called a couple of times to say my delivery would be delayed. Once I went to pick it up. Easy peasy. The other time, I had had a long day and didn't feel like going out. So we waited. No big deal. They can't sprout extra drivers magically. The current employees can't control whether the company hires enough people. So call or write the store owner. Don't get mad at the people fixing your food. Edit 9/7/25 Another plus for this store: We ordered pizza from a different Domino's store last night, and while the pizza was fine, the boxes were SOAKED in grease. The delivery was quick, but they were either reused boxes, or their pizzas are somehow extremely greasy. It was gross. In all the years of ordering from this store, the boxes NEVER looked like that, even on a busy night when we had to wait...
