Foghorn's Wings Burgers & More — Restaurant in Fayetteville

WORST EXPERIENCE! My boyfriend lives so close to this location he can walk from our apartment to this foghorns. He went to go watch the cowboys vs eagles game and stayed for a good couple of hours. All he gets is a Pepsi and normally gets it for free like he did tonight…. Anyways sounds like friendly service right? He stayed until around 10:20 still watching the game and a very drunk man approached him and tells him he needs to tip the bartender than slides him $3. So when my boyfriend is leaving he keeps the money on the bar for the bartender and starts walking home. The VERY DRUNK individual followed him on foot all the way to the stairs of his apartment to harass, threaten and call him slurs. So when my boyfriend finally comes inside and tells me what had happened we walk back to talk to the staff about the situation to find out he is inside foghorns with the staff. The staff immediately tells us “we’re closed and they want to go home” so they didn’t even want to solve a very serious issue… then we walk back to my boyfriend’s apartment grab my car, come back and call the Fayetteville police station just to see him and the woman bartender who had long black hair come out together. He starts walking up to my car and she has to grab him because he’s so drunk and stumbling… I roll my window down to ask for this employees name and she tells me no. On the other hand her very drunk friend decides to tell us his name is Jonathan. Because he is so drunk she slaps her hand on to his mouth and tells him to shut up and they proceed to walk to the apartments behind foghorns. Their lucky they were gone before police arrived because someone would have been arrested for public intoxication! Let’s just say… someone should control their boyfriend Jonathan getting violently drunk at their place of work and harassing...

Generally I try to take it easy on restaurants having been in the business my self, so that’s the only reason for the 3 stars. Sat at the bar and I think the bartender said one, maybe two things to me over the hour I was there. Never once asked if I needed anything I had to basically yell at them to get their attention to order even just a water, let alone my meal and beer. The entire time she acted like I was just a huge inconvenience. Wings were very good I do recommend them however the philly I got was literally burnt into little pieces. It honestly tasted like the grill had been scraped and they put the scrappings on a bun with cheese. I ate two bites and left the rest, again never once was asked how the food was or anything. Wanted a second beer.. never could get her attention. I get it, people have bad nights but any manager should train employees to at the very least ask how someone’s meal was, or when they check out tell them thanks or have a good night. Literally not a word.... the patrons sitting next to me were also extremely unimpressed. Again I’m a polite person and would never ask for food comped or tip anything less than 15-20% but gosh dang was this a bad experience. 1 star service 1 star philly 5 star wings 5 star sympathy for people in the restaurant business or it woulda been a lot worse of a...

I would rate no stars for the way I was served today.. I have been going to eat at foghorns for 3 years at both locations in Fayetteville. Today I ordered the foghorns philly cheese steak that I always get when I go there, and I was served old food. So old I couldn’t even eat the tots at all they were very hard and obliviously old. The sandwich was stuck together I couldn’t even lift the bread from the sandwich. Now I have been eating this same sandwich for 3 years believe me I know when I’m being served old food. I went back for a refund because I ordered it to go. When I showed the cashier she said oh I see it obviously looks old while antother cashier tried to say it was crispy.. I couldn’t eat not one. You couldn’t even squeeze them with force. I Had to drive all the way back from work just to hear they don’t do cash refunds. She offered me anything else in the menu which would have been ok if I wasn’t served old food from the beginning. Who wants a cook cooking there food who initially served you old food hold the rest on the filth you have in your intentions.. I told her to just keep the money. Consider it a rip to do better!!!...
