Hardee's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Since this new location has been built, I come here to get my daughter a grilled cheese kids meal at least 2 times a week. I usually go thru the drive thru and never had an issue. On 5/13, I decided to go inside this time to use the restroom and then order. When I pulled in the parking space, there was a woman in her car besides me. Me and my daughter went inside, used the restroom, then stood behind a woman waiting to order. There was one person working the drive thru AND front counter. Tho she was pleasant, she was moving slow for it to be a fast food place but it wasn't busy. I placed my order for the kid grilled cheese, paid and waited. A few minutes later, the woman that was in the car parked besides mine came in upset she still had t received her food. The young lady gave her a terrible explanation as to why she hadn't gotten her food and then said they were still waiting on fries. The woman said she would rather have the fries substituted so she could leave. They offered her an apple pie. The woman left and now I have been waiting for 6-8 minutes and still no fries. I told the lady if they were waiting for fries that we would take a substitute also because we needed to go. She gave me the burger and the drink and that was it. I asked if they were gonna replace the fries with something else and I got all kinds of attitude from her. LIKE WOW...and there was 1 or 2 supervisors standing around and nobody tried to fix the issue, smh. Nobody said it will be a few minutes on fries or anything. If this continues, I'm sure they...

Do better Hardee’s, Stop being so damn cheap… This is the craziest thing I’ve heard at a “southern” food establishment; I ordered a sweet tea and then paid for it. Once the birthing person started filling my drink, I saw they had fresh lemonade, I asked if she could add a little lemonade to it… SHE REPLIED “WE CANT DO THAT!!!” I said, sure you can, stop adding sweet tea and then add some lemonade and that’s it. She then went to her manager and she said again “WE CANT DO THAT!!!” I was dumbfounded, the manager said the lemonade was a different price.

Moral of the story… If you’re at this location (Cliffdale Road in Fayetteville, NC #1506648)in the south, you have to pay for a sweet tea and a lemonade and make...

Anytime you visit this Hardee's plan to spend at least 20 to 30 min waiting for your food. They are very slow when it come to service. Just yesterday 08-10-24 i waited at the counter for 6-8min and no one bothered to take my order. On 08-7-24 i ordered biscuit and gravy at 1015hrs and the biscuit and gravy was in the ready window at 1018hrs and the person placing the order in the bag did everything he could but give me my food for six mintes.
