Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fayetteville

If I could I would give is location NO stars! I went to this location 2/25/19 and I ordered a #13,#17 to go the #17 was a hot sub and the #13 was a Old sub. I asked the lady doing the veggies to put them into Togo containers so my sub wouldnt be soggy when I got home I told her I wanted all the veggies for both sandwiches. I also said I wanted extra pickles and banana peppers. I paid 20.14 for both my meals. Left a tip and went home. When I got home the only veggies were pickles and banana peppers, lettuce, and mushy tomatoes but it was for only enough for one sub. I called the store and told spoke to the manager named Tyrone and let him know what happened and he told me to drive back and bring my sandwich and they would make it over. (I thought it was a joke....) I told him I dont want to drive all the way back I have small kids and I didn't want to do that. Then he said he would give me 10%off my next sandwich..... at that point I told him no and that I dont know if I will come back to this location again. After the call I went to the Jersey mike's website and made a complaint and asked the owner to reach out to me because I wasn't satisfied at all. The next day the manager Tyrone called me and said he refunded my one sub back to my card. I felt like that was good enough. Then 6 days pass and there was no refund to my card. I called my bank and they said they didn't see any refund so I called back to the store and spoke with Tyrone again told him I didn't get the refund he said yes he did refund it (like I would like about 9 dollars) he went back and forth with me about it then he asked me to come in and show him my bank statement!!!!! i told him that's not going to happend then he called his credit cards company and said he refunded someone else card (so I was right) he didn't apologize for being wrong then he asked me to give him my card number over the phone so he can refund my card ( that was definitely a joke) I told him I'm not comfortable doing that and he said the only thing I can do is come in to the store to get my refund....... I was so mad as you can tell...... needless to say I will NEVER come here again. The manager is...

We visited the Raeford rd location in Fayetteville NC today on October the 6th. A giant number #7, giant #8, and regular #8 with mikes way, wheat bread and mayonnaise is what we ordered but that is not what we received. The total cost was 41.53 for the order. After arriving home from driving 25 minutes we found the subs only had meat, cheese and mayonnaise. We immediately called the store and spoke to the manager. The assistant manager said that was a personnel problem due to the staff being new. She then told us we had to drive back with all the sandwiches and she would give a percentage back on the total price of the order. She was rude and uncaring and not very concerned with the issue. We spend alot of money with Jersey Mike’s between all of us and never thought we would have to deal with this issues. The managers attitude made me feel bad and she truly showed she did not care. Her tone, voice, leadership and manner showed through the conversation. All I want is a full refund in cash like I paid and for the store to take responsibility for the issue that they created. I am not understanding how the manager on duty was at the sandwich station reviewed the order that was placed and did not correct her employees. Not she wants to penalize us for...

I ordered the 17 with grilled onions and no peppers and I confirmed this at the counter twice before I payed. Once I got my sub I shared it with my toddler as she was very hungry. By the time I realized there were no onions on the sub there was a very long line and I wanted to be nice and wait until the line was down before I asked about my sub. When it did I went up and asked if they were sure they'd put onions on the sub and I was told yes they did. But then someone looked into the order slips and saw that onions weren't put in. I was told that since I'd eaten my sub there was nothing I could do. I feel that even though it's just onions this should have been made right. It wasn't and because I waited for the line to die down I'm short. I'll not be visiting this...
